STR-002647 A single-family residence that is Located on the shore of spectacular Rainbow Lake in the town of Pinetop-Lakeside, just 45 minutes from Sunrise Ski Park, wonderful White Mountain fishing, this secluded and private townhouse is within 20 feet of the lake's edge. It has 1750 square feet of living space and features three bedrooms, and two and half bathrooms. Newly remodeled kitchen, granite counter-tops and new appliances 10/1/2017. Tv’s in all three bedrooms. There is an upper deck and a lower covered porch overlooking the lake, where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets. Enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the quiet calm of this beautiful lake. You'll see many species of water fowl, osprey, muskrats, and bald eagles.

Rainbow lake is an 110 acre lake that offers outstanding fishing for rainbow trout, bass, northern pike and catfish. Trout fishing is the best early spring through the summer and the lake is stocked numerous times by Arizona Game and Fish during the summer. Rooms are all set at unique angles that offer the best view of the lake. This home is fully furnished and equipped for a wonderful and relaxing vacation. Due to our CCR'S rules. No more than 3 unrelated people may stay at our home. A total of no more than 6 guests.

Outstanding place to stay!

The condo was super clean and had everything we needed. The downstairs porch overlooked the lake, and we spent most of our free time out there watching the various birds, ducks, pelicans, and geese. There was a balcony upstairs as well. We loved the QUIET!!

Lovely lake-side get away.

The owners thought about everything you would need for a vacation stay. The kitchen was very well appointed, bed (s) comfortable, furniture classic AND it was dog friendly! We loved every moment of our stay.

Birthday Week Getaway

Perfectly wonderful

Had a wonderful time with my family! Went on a couple of hikes and the men did some fishing. My 6 year old grandson said it was the best house we had ever stayed at.

Our Favorite Getaway Spot!

It’s all about the view! Quiet, quaint, and clean. It’s a great little getaway to the mountains and close to everything - good food, local shops, massages, yoga, shop local! Walks, lots of hiking and fishing. Rainbow Lake is a gem.

Right on the Lake

If you are looking for a great place right on the lake with lots of family fun activities. This is the place. Quite neighborhood, with lots of outdoor things to do. We even got to bring our dog which was a bonus.

The site and lake were beautiful. The cabin on the other hand was meh. There was dog hair everywhere. It is one thing to have pets, it is another to not sufficiently clean up after them. My wife got a case of hives the first day and it didn't clear up until we left. The TVs are so old they barely work. The batteries were almost dead.Basically, as a VRBO guest, I didn't feel like much of a priority.

Great Relaxing Stay with Great Views!!

We had a wonderful stay at this lakeside townhome. It was clean, had everything we needed, and was totally dog friendly! We could sit on the front porch with our pooches with no worries about them slipping through the fence pillars. We also had a great time exploring the lake on the kayak that came with the property. We would definitely recommend! Paul answered all of our questions quickly and was great to work with.

Love this house!

We love staying on Rainbow Lake with our kids! We've been doing so for almost ten years and have stayed in this house two or three times now. It's a great house with beautiful views and a fabulous location in the Shores. Totally recommend. There's nothing like sunset on the lake. :)

Great, not perfect

VERY nice property. One exception is protected birds (swallows and Geese). They can be very messy. The owner does everything he can to minimize the issue. We were very impressed with caring and considerate effort to make our stay enjoyable.

Idyllic spot by the lake

The location is fabulous, very close to the shoreline. The townhouse is well-appointed and very comfortable We enjoyed time on the patio watching the sunset over the lake and watching the many waterfowl who share the lake. Unfortunately, didn't have any luck fishing, but in all fairness, probably didn't give it a good enough try. The owner communicated with us regularly and was super to work with. We found some delicious restaurants but it was also convenient to prepare meals and BBQ at the townhouse. It was a relaxing getaway.

Review - Town Home On Rainbow Lake

We really enjoyed our stay and have decided this is the only property we will stay at each time we visit Pinetop-Lakeside! The town home is beautiful and is just as seen in the pictures, with two master bedrooms, one downstairs and the other upstairs. We liked that we could walk out back and fish from the shore of the lake, or drive around to the other shore and rent a fishing pontoon boat for several hours in order to fish the entire lake. This property is in a great location and you are within a short drive to dining and shopping and a short drive up to Snowy Mountain Stables, Sunrise Ski Resort and Log and Big Lakes!

My wife and I went up there many times in the past but since she past away 6 years ago it’s been awhile, my sister and I went up last year and again this year, in all the times I’ve been there it has always been great, Paul is a great person to deal with, very knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects of the rental, would definitely recommend it and do to whom ever I talk to that’s planning a vacation. Thanks for everything Paul I’ll be talking to you again next year.

Rental is nice but needs some TLC

First and foremost, my wife and I had a very relaxing four days. The gated community is awesome, weather is perfect and the view is gorgeous. For the most part the condo is nice. However, a few updates would make it fantastic. The microwave is very old and doesn't work well. The living room and dining furniture are old, dirty and broken down. The shower enclosure is extremely difficult to get in and out of and I just about broke a toe. The lake is a swamp and all I managed to catch was weeds.
