The Braemar 507 is one of the larger 1-bedroom ocean front condos in Ocean City (750 square feet). This tastefully decorated coastal themed unit provides comfortable furniture and is equipped with everything you'll need for that special getaway. The large flatscreen in the living room is equipped with Comcast High Speed Internet/Cable TV with soundbar for an enhanced audio experience, while the TV in the bedroom features streaming services only.
Recently updated, The 507 has beautiful laminate flooring throughout. The kitchen boasts white cabinets, granite countertops, a tile back splash and stainless-steel appliances, including a dishwasher. The refrigerator has the added plus of having an icemaker. If you need a caffeine fix, we have two coffee makers including a drip-style coffee maker AND a Keurig! (Starter pods are included in our welcome bag). Washer and dryer combo is in the unit for your added convenience.
Sleeping arrangements include a queen bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa (queen size) in the living room. And for those of you who just can't escape from work or social media, we offer high speed wireless Wi-Fi from Comcast.
Enjoy your early morning sunrises with a cup of coffee on the balcony while taking advantage of the breathtaking view of the
Atlantic. And after a day at the beach, you can relax on the balcony with your favorite "adult" beverage while watching the ocean waves or catch the sun setting over the bay. The spacious balcony extends from the bedroom to the living room and is accessible from both rooms.
Braemar Towers is an oceanfront property located on 131st street, which means you'll be steps away from the beach. For
those of you who love the pool, you'll want to take advantage of our refreshing outdoor pool and sundeck, boasting an expansive view of the Atlantic Ocean. Being located on 131st Street you'll avoid that inlet traffic and congestion but, if you do want to visit the boardwalk
(Thrashers Fries), you are only a short drive away. The OC Bus line ($4.00 all-day pass) is another option for getting around town.
Additionally, Braemar Towers has plenty of entertaining amenities such as tennis and pickleball courts, a gym area, and our recently updated game room, which is sure be a favorite for the kids & Dad!
Location, location, location. Braemar towers is a short walk from the coveted Northside Park. Locals know what this park offers!
Winding bike paths, walking trails around and through the park and a crabbing dock with colorful sunsets. The Town of Ocean City offers free Sunday Night Concerts, Fireworks and Sundaes in The Park! There's even a huge playground and outside gym.
Restaurants and bars, Shopping Centers, Outlets, grocery stores and more are just a short walk or drive away. (Uber Bagels is one of our favorite breakfast treats!).
Braemar Towers 507 is a one bedroom, one bathroom condo located on the 5th floor of the north tower, overlooking the street. There is a queen bed in the bedroom, and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Limit of 4 people. There is parking for 1 vehicle. Access to a private beach locker is provided with this rental. Sheets to bring - 2 queen sets. The owner pays for your full linen package for full week stays during summer season.(fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillow cases for each bed, including the sleep sofa; and 4 sets of bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths) Delivery & pick-up included.
