“Sunset Dreams” will blow you away! Experience the luxurious renovations, inside and out, of this spectacular beachfront property while you witness the most amazing sunrise and sunset views from the living room, master bedroom and balcony.

This 2-bed/2-bath condo features an open floorplan with 1453 sq. ft. of living space. The master has a king bed with a huge walk-in closet, smart TV and private patio access. The master bathroom has a double sink vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two queen beds, a smart TV and large closet. The second bath is next to this bedroom and has a single sink vanity and walk-in shower.

Relax and enjoy the amazing gulf views from the living room or watch your favorite TV shows from an oversized sectional with three recliners. When you want to enjoy the outdoors, just step out on the patio furnished with Polywood furniture, with seating for six, and enjoy the amazing views of the gulf. Don't forget to look for the dolphins. Evenings are amazing because there is no swimming pool in the back to block the view of the incredible night sky. The stars are incredible!

We have everything you need to cook or grill the best meals. Completely updated with new cabinets, appliances, dishes, pots & pans, etc. We provide starter supplies of dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels and toilet paper.

Beach service is included & includes one umbrella and two chairs between March 1 - October 31st. If your thing is hanging out at the pool, then you can enjoy our heated pool year-round. We provide beach towels for your use as well.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put comforters and bed linens by the beds. Put used towels, hand towels and wash cloths in utility room floor.
Make sure all trash is bagged.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
  Please keep the patio doors closed when air conditioner is running.
 Do not hang towels or swimwear on balcony rails.
 If you have multiple units rented, please do not remove any items from our condo. Especially our kitchen dishes, pans, serving or storage items.

Our stay at “Sunset Dreams” was nothing short of exceptional. Upon entering the condo everything was clean and well stocked. This condo had all the cooking utensils you need to make meals for your family. The appliances were modern and well kept. Obviously the view of the beach was the show stopper. Would highly recommend!

Short but Sweet 60th Birthday Trip

I surprised my fiance with a long weekend stay for his 60th birthday and this condo was perfect. It's truly a gem because it's not as busy as the surrounding areas so there is plenty of space on the beach, but it's close to all of the action. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive and the condo was clean, updated, well appointed, and comfortable. The view from the balcony did not disappoint, we saw tons of dolphin and the stars were breath taking. I highly recommend - 20 out of 10, you won't regret it.

AMAZING VIEW MATCHED BY AN IMMACULATE PROPERTY

My family & I have been traveling to Florida for extended periods during recent Summers. In the past handful of years we have done this, no place has matched the quality or enjoyment we experienced than here at Ronda's. From the immaculate view, to cleanliness of the property, to the amenities like the new appliances and HIGH SPEED WiFi (a necessity when running a business from the road). 9/10 experience, absolutely would be back here in a heart-beat.

Sweet 16 in a beautiful condo❤️🏖️

The condo was beautiful and clean! We had a great time for our daughters sweet 16, only wish we’d booked longer than M-F. We will definitely be back! Kitchen had everything we needed, entire condo had plenty of room for 3 adults & 3 teens. The only downside was the curtains are shears so we weren’t too thrilled that sun was coming in at 5AM on vacation. Thankfully, I had my eye mask, husband not so lucky.

Beautifully decorated and just like description

Wonderful condo directly on the beach. I need the interior decorator that did this condo to come to my house next because it’s beautiful. All the kitchen gadgets you’ll need for your trip so save yourself some money and eat in and have dinner on your very spacious balcony. The two queen beds in the guest room isn’t something I’ve seen a lot of and it’s PERFECT. Bunk beds aren’t realistic for elderly groups. Host very quick to respond as well. If you’re between this condo and another…. Go with this one, you won’t regret it.
