In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 2, the maximum allowed occupancy is 6, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 2.

This beautifully updated Kiawah Island vacation rental offers two bedrooms, an open floor plan, and lovely lagoon views. The villa is about a 5-minute walk to the beach and comes with a special beach gear and bike credit.

The villa's open floor plan allows an easy flow from the kitchen to the dining area and to the main living room with a bay window area for enjoying the wildlife and lagoon views.

When you enter this second-floor villa, the fully equipped kitchen is to your right and offers everything you need for your vacation meals. At the end of the kitchen is the dining area with seating for six. There is also a bar with bar stools for additional seating. Enjoy the beautiful lagoon views during your family meals at the dining table or enjoy your morning coffee from the round table with seating for two located in a bay window off of the main living and dining areas. There is a large cozy chair and ottoman in the bay window where you can cuddle up with a good book and enjoy the Kiawah Island views as well.

The living room has a sectional sofa, a large flat-screen TV (with cable, Firestick, Blu-ray Player, as well as Sony surround sound system), a bar area with wine glasses, and tray ceilings with fans.

The primary bedroom can be accessed from the main living area and offers a king-sized bed, large windows, a flat-screen TV with Firestick (no cable) and a private bathroom with double sinks and a large shower. The second bedroom is located to the left when you enter the villa. This bedroom has a full-sized bed (with a trundle underneath) and an XL twin bed, as well as a flat-screen TV with Firestick (no cable). There is also a desk and chair, as well as an extra computer monitor with an HDMI cord, for those needing to work remotely.

This villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.
