About this property

The nicest spot on the beach. Private waterfront cottage on 9 acres, on Canoe Cove Beach. This is a new cottage where you will experience a memorable family vacation or quiet solitude. The cottage is not in a subdivision. Eagles, seals, and starfish galore will welcome you in the warm waters of the Northumberland Straight. Easy beach access, close to golf courses, Charlottetown, and charming Victoria.

Three Sea Sons
This location is available, Spring, to enjoy our patchwork fields, with blooming lupins, and bright blue waters, in Summer with the beach at your doorstep with complimentary kayaks, boogie boards, skim boards, beach chairs and more, and Fall when the close by golf courses are waiting for you and festivals galore, just great food from the farm, and sea to table. My favorite time of year, especially since the water is still warm enough to swim. When you sit on our spacious deck or in our living room you feel like you are on a deck of a cruise ship in the most beautiful port in Atlantic Canada. See for yourself, we look forward to sharing our cottage with you. During the peak summer season we book 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday and on occasion Sunday to Sunday. Off season we can be more flexible.
Please message me before booking online so I can be sure the cottage is suitable for your island getaway. We only rent for a few weeks in the summer. Book early so you will not be disappointed. Fantastic

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay- the cottage and grounds are immaculately kept, the interior is comfortable and well-appointed. Situated in a lovely Canoe Cove, we were greeted by seals each morning at high tide ( one day we counted 19!) and on our last day two massive bald eagles were resting on the sand at low tide not more than 100yds away. Beautiful. Deb is a thoughtful and gracious host, sharing many local suggestions for dining and sight-seeing around gorgeous PEI. If you are visiting the island, we highly recommend this property in Canoe Cove- you won't be disappointed. PR/NM from central Maine

Sisters' seaside sojourn

The cottage at Canoe Cove was lovely. We could watch for wildlife, beachcomb, kayak and swim! Interesting gardens and towns to visit nearby, veggie stands and seafood outlets around for homecooked seafood meals as well as nice dining out options in towns not far afield. The island is beautiful for traveling around, the National Park beaches are lovely and not far. Great vacation many thanks to PEI and to Deb!

Wonderful spot!

The Canoe Cove Cottage is wonderful! Great location, excellently outfitted cottage, and warm and welcoming host. Perfect for the quintessential PEI vacation -- red sands at low tide, close to great food and stores in Victoria-by-the-Sea, and more. Ideal for relaxing or day trips to the four corners of the island.

Canoe Cove Gem

We had a wonderful stay. The cottage overlooks Canoe Cove and it was mesmerizing watching the tides come and go. The property was beautiful, tranquil and easy access to amenities. The cottage was fully equipped with everything we needed and our host was helpful and accommodating. I would stay here again.

Great beach house in fantastic location!

It was a very pleasant stay in a beautiful and clean beach house. The host Deb was always prompt and accessible, she provided us with valuable information to make our stay on the island an unforgettable one!
