This Waterfront Condo is located literally on the edge of the beautiful Charlottetown Marina and Harbour. This sunny luxurious Condo is within walking distance of fine restaurants, arts and culture at the Confederation Centre of the Arts and many local Pubs, Breweries and Nightclubs.

Speaking of walking, the scenic Charlottetown Boardwalk walking trail system passes by the front of the Studio building for easy access for running or walking. These walking trails also connect to the much larger and famous Confederation Trails system, this a shared use walking and cycling trail in the summer that goes from one end of the Island to the other . It was born when the Railways were abandoned in 1989 on PEI. With beautiful rolling hill scenery, quaint villages and broad bay seascapes, the Confederation Trail is Prince Edward Island's portion of the Trans Canada Trail.

All major downtown Events are actually moments from this Charlottetown waterfront location. This Condo is perfect as a central headquarters if planning to head out to explore the Gentle Island , then returning to comfortable surroundings to relax, rejuvenate and plan your next day with all the amenities of home.

This centrally located Condo includes free parking, a washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen and a patio with a beautiful view of the Charlottetown Harbour where you will see cruise ships coming and going from our beautiful city. Common area roof deck is available also for panoramic views of Downtown Charlottetown. Enjoy easy access to the Bi-pass highway heading East or West for your exploration of our Gentle Island. You will be an easy 20 minute drive from the very popular Brackley and Stanhope beaches on the North Shore of PEI.

If you are visiting in September, every year there is a major event known as the Prince Edward Island International Shellfish Festival, a four-day festival packed with culinary demos, celebrity chefs, delicious dining experiences, the best of the best potato seafood chowder and oyster shucking competitions. At night dance the night away at the biggest East Coast kitchen party, with some of Atlantic Canada’s best known entertainment. This Condo is literally 5 Minute walk from the Charlottetown Event Grounds which host this fantastic event each September.

Great location. Near the activity yet quiet and peaceful. Walk everywhere if you want! Condo extremely pleasant and comfortable. Has everything you need. Great view! Favorite spot was the balcony with comfy seating.

Great Location Great Condo

Our Stay in Charlottetown was great. The condo has everything, the view and the location is fantastic. This is a very nice clean condo. Communication with Susan was great she returned calls promptly and was great to deal with. I would highly recommend this place and hopefully will stay there again!

Beautiful condo, perfect location!

The condo was everything we could have hoped for - secure, quiet, comfortable, immaculate, and exceptionally well-equipped. The lovely view of the harbour was the icing on the cake. There were wonderful restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity, the Visitor Information Centre was right next door, and downtown Charlottetown was within easy walking distance. It was a great home base for exploring other parts of the Island too. Ideal location for our first trip to PEI! Thank you, Susan and Danny!

The BEST family-friendly option out there!

Travelling with two young children, it was our preference to find a home away from home that was in the center of all the action - namely, beautiful views, wide selection of food within walking distance, quick drive to the beach. This condo is EXACTLY that. It provides all the comforts of home and more. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by the ease of check in process, how clean EVERYTHING is, the extra linens/towels available, and how equipped the kitchen/laundry rooms were in particular. We would not hesitate to book this place again! Thank you, Susan, for a wonderful stay!

Great centralized location with great water views!

We had a wonderful stay here while in Charlottetown. The condo location was perfect for my family as it was central to all the shops and restaurants in Historic Downtown Charlottetown. There was so much for us to see and do and it was nice to be to able to leave the car and walk around the area. The condo’s balcony was our favourite place to gather as a family. It was perfect for morning coffees and evening drinks. We even were able to watch a cruise ship dock in the port. The owners were very attentive to our questions and requests and were extremely responsive. I would definitively book this condo again if I was to return to the Island. The only comment I have is the listing said there were 3 bathrooms, but there are only 2 full baths. But not a huge deal.

Charlottetown Visit

Property is located on the water with a great view. It is within walking to all of Charlottetown’s amenities.The only draw back is dealing with VR BO. They over charged us for the taxes & were very difficult to deal with. There solution to the problem was cancell & get a refund…. Totally unacceptable & unprofessional.we will never deal with VRBO again!!!

Wonderful very clean. Great water view

Wonderful place! Updated and very clean! Loved the view of the water and location! Only two minor things: 1. Tub/shower could use bathmat for us older folks prone to slip into on new fiberglass 2. Lack of bedroom a/c mitigated by ceilingfan and open windows at night:)) Otherwise unit is as close to perfect as we have seen ( and we have stayed in 3-4 others throughout charlottetown over the years) We will definitely stay again if your unit is available when we come up to check on bruces folks:)). Good spot if you like to be in the buzz of the city

We had a great long weekend. The location is convenient if you don't mind noise at night, and the condo is well appointed and clean. My only complaints: (1) Air conditioning: There's a wall unit in the main living area and a noisy one in the MBR. The second BR is not air conditioned. On warm evenings, that makes for an uncomfortable sleep in the second BR. (2) Maintenance: A toilet that runs on all day and all night; and bedroom doors that don't stay shut. The latter is a problem as on cooler evenings we could open the windows but then the doors fly open and slam closed. The laundry room door also doesn't stay shut.

Had a good time. There was a small issue outside of the control of the hosts, but they responded quickly. Couldn't really ask for a better location. Incredibly quiet building. Very clean upon arrival.A/C unit can keep the main room as cold as you could ask for, however it could get moderately hot in the bedrooms.There was shampoo and conditioner in the shower, but no soap so I would bring some or contact the host.The last two notes are nit-picky, would book again.

I stayed here in July with my husband and children and we couldn’t be more happy with the condo. Its location near the center of the city is perfect. The condo itself was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommend!

LOVE BEING AT THE SEAPORT

Great location in the heart of the Charlottetown Seaport. We were steps away from restaurants, the Founders Market, Cows ice cream, cable car tour, and front row seats for Canada Day fireworks. The condo was clean and had everything we needed.

We were in town for USports Rugby and foynd this fantastic condo! Easy walk to to great restaurants and pubs. Great harbour view. The guest guide in the condo was very helpfull too. Definitely recommend this accommodation!

A Perfect Spot

The condo was a great location, with a view of the harbour. We loved watching the cruise ships come and go. The balcony was a perfect place to sit in the evening, not to mention an excellent view of the Harvest Full Moon during our stay. Parking was perfect, and we enjoyed the ease of coming and going with the car. All the downtown shopping and dining are within walking distance. The unit was impeccably clean, and we appreciated it! We are going to try and make it a yearly visit, as we love all the PEI has to offer. Many thanks to our hosts!
