Great location for our weekend visit. Kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms are updated and well equipped. House is old and noise from renters walking around upstairs was quite loud.

We really enjoyed our stay. We liked that the property was ideally located right downtown and everything was provided, ie. body wash, shampoo, all kitchen necessities etc. Very quiet at night.

A quaint, welcoming place to stay. Loved the hardwood floors and the well appointed kitchen. Two on-suite bedrooms and a great living room made it a cozy setting for our stay in PEI. Parking is minimal, but on street parking was easily available. Loved being one block from Queen street.

Really good location, a little construction around the property. We didn't use the kitchen other than for coffee but it looked clean and modern. Sadly the upstairs tenant a little noisy (3 am arriving home). Also, I don't like it when you here them going pee. One bedroom with a king is quite small. We had to place our luggage in the hallway.

As clearly mentioned in our listing under "Other Things to Note," this property is the lower unit of a renovated historic duplex. While we've made improvements throughout, some sound transfer between floors is to be expected, which is why we encourage guests who are particularly sensitive to noise to consider this before booking. We also appreciate your comments regarding the bedroom size. As with many historic homes, some rooms have more compact layouts, but we aim to provide an accurate representation through our listing photos and description. Thank you again for staying with us!

Friendly, communicative host and a cozy, welcoming space that genuinely feels like a home away from home in the heart of Charlottetown. Being truly pet friendly and within easy walking distance of great food and entertainment makes this an ideal base for enjoying the city. This was a return stay and would happily be booked again, especially for travellers who value both privacy and a central location.

Everything you need for a very comfortable stay in a perfect location. Having the bedrooms with their own bathrooms is a great set up. Kitchen is well appointed with everything you need-good quality stuff! Plenty of room to enjoy yourselves. Host was very open and communicated well with us. Would definitely book this place again!

The location of the propertyt is excellent. You are within walking distance of all the major attractions in Charlottetown and 3 minutes from the waterfront. The apartment was clean and the bedrooms large and the beds comfortable. Check in and out was seamless.

Very convenient location. Steps to Queen St right at the heart of downtown. We left the car and walked to the water front. A clean and nice little house. We enjoyed the two nights stay at the lower unit. The unit have all we need for the stay. Easy parking at the back. Owner is very responsive. We heard some noise from the upper unit in early morning, but not for long.

The sort of ongoing messages from my host were great, and so welcome, because due to airline delay, I arrived over 9 hours later than expected, and in the rain and dark. Also, I was alone as my traveling companion backed out last minute. Having the host "keeping and eye out" for me was really comforting. I snuggled into home sweet home quite quickly, because the property is lovely, and welcoming right away.

Location, parking and space was great. We chose this property as we wanted the two bedrooms/2 bathrooms. Property could use an update to furniture, beds and pillows. The upstairs suite was rented out while we were there and the sound travels clearly downstairs. We could hear conversations and movement.
