The 1st floor apartment is spacious and well located, with an easy walk to the waterfront and Victoria Row dining. Great communication with the host. The shared laundry is accessed from the outside.

Our host was very helpful and responsive to our needs before we arrived. Communication was prompt, and they made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. We really appreciated their attentiveness and hospitality.It was very helpful to have the users guide on the kitchen table outlining things to do & places to eat! We loved that the location was within walking distance to the waterfront, coffee shops & pubs!

This apartment is in a quiet building. We were never disturbed by other residents. It is close to all the old Charlottetown attractions, including the harbor, Victoria Row and Victoria Park. Lots of downtown shops and restaurants, It is very spacious. The bed is so comfortable. Very nice living area. Owners responsive asap. Thank you.

Amazing Vacation Stay

Beautiful, clean and spacious accommodations in the center of downtown Charlottetown. Quiet and private. Would definitely recommend and stay again!!!

The apartment was clean and so spacious, Wifi and cable were reliable (husband had online meetings),We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Nice touches that we arrived with the A/C already on and soft music streaming from the TV. Overall, we really enjoyed the apartment - especially when we were housebound with the rainstorm. Only wish the shower stall was bigger with places for shampoo and soap or the showerhead was not a fixed height rainfall one. I am very short (5'0) and when you are lower....the stream gets wider and I couldn't escape it or reach the head to adjust. It still wasn't a game changer.We recommend this location if you want to be walking distance to literally everything. We were only a few minutes from all the restaurants and shops as well as close to the main roads out of the city. And there was assigned parking!Thanks for a great week!

This suite suited us perfectly. It is spacious and was very clean and tidy. The location was good as well, walkable to restaurants, shopping and the water front. I would happily stay there again.

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary while we visited PEI. There are a few apartments to rent on the property, we stayed in #4 which was on on the 2nd floor (if you have troubles getting up to another floor, I'd suggest either #1 or #2)Very spacious, with a kitchen area, bedroom, bathroom and a living room (which was extremely comfortable). Older style home with some character. Laundry is available on site but it's on the 1st floor. It was easy to use though. We didn't hear any of the other tenants much (and the parking spaces were full) which was nice. Parking was easy as well as they have 1 dedicated spot for each apt. There was very little wrong with the location other than the shower was quite small which made it difficult. Other than that though, we'd both have no hesitation in returning to stay again.As far as location, a short walk made it easy to access restaurants (tons of them around) and tours. Shopping/grocery was easy but required a car. With it being fairly central to the island, it was also a comfortable drive and easy to get out of town when we took off for the day. The host was very quick to return any messages and was timely in any info that was needed upon check-in or check-out. Easy. Can't ask for much more.

Good location with a short walking distance to many restaurants in the center. The apartment is a part of 5-6 apartments in a nice big house. The place was clean and fully equipped for short or long stay. We found everything we needed in the kitchen to cook from time to time during our 12-day stay. The host was warm, friendly and very responsive with our requests. We arrived late around 4am in the snow storm due to the flight delay. And we were happy that the apartment was nice and warn as the host turned the heater on to get it ready for us. Highly recommended the apartment and will surely return in our next visit to PEI.

The apartment was even more beautiful than the pictures showed - and directly on the park where I used to live. I walked for coffee, breakfasts at Leonhard's or Timothy's daily, dinners at Pink Crow, Taste of India, The Old Triangle. Everything - including the glorious waterfront - are just a few blocks away. Any questions were answered promptly and always the right response! I will stay again!

We have stayed in several VRBO rentals and have always been pleased, BUT this location was the most impressive rental we have ever experienced. I wish we could give a score higher than 5 because it is certainly deserved. Juan was always prompt in replying to my questions. He was always friendly and professional and extremely patient with me when I struggled to connect my Netlfix account. He came over two times to help me. I must emphasize that the problem was my own ineptness, not any issue with the television system. This makes it even more incredible that Juan patiently helped me. This apartment was extremely clean and quiet. It is spacious and comfortably furnished. Because of the great location, we were able to walk everywhere. Restaurants, pubs, and tourist attractions are all within an easy walking distance. Our five nights in Charlottetown were wonderful! I believe our stay in this apartment played a huge role in making our vacation special. Both my husband and I highly recommend this VRBO rental for anyone wanting to enjoy a real home away from home.

The apartment was great. It was clean, all the appliances worked well, and it was in a great location for our stay.In particular, the wifi worked like regular wifi, not a captive portal like at a hotel. So it was easy to connect my Chromecast and stream entertainment using my own accounts. No neeed to log in on other people's devices.

Great location

This property was very clean and easy walking distance to just about anywhere in Charlottetown you want to go. Very quiet neighborhood. Great communication with host, who also provides a BINDER full of helpful information covering restaurants, activities, trails, and the various coastal drives. The property was as described with the exception of the chair/stool shown in the photo. The back stairs were a little steep and there was no light (that we found) so coming in after dark was a little tricky. Overall, a lovely stay. Would highly recommend.

PEI holiday

Property was what we expected. Location was fantastic!!! It was walking distance to the wharf, downtown, Victoria street, great restaurants etc. It was clean, quiet and comfortable! Communication from the property manager, check-in/check-out was clear and easy. Property has everything you need. Grateful there was coffee (whitener and sugar) already there-it was a life saver after a red eye and day of adventures! Only thing missing was towels to dry the dishes. :) The rental is up a flight of outdoor stairs-not accessible if you need accommodations for mobility. We couldn’t find the outdoor light so we used phones as flashlight to navigate stairs at night. This rental does not have a cancellation option-purchasing travel insurance might be a good idea. Only drawback was the VERY tiny shower. Would highly recommend adding a pullout couch in the living room to accommodate families. The property is very spacious and could definitely host more than 2! We would definitely book again.
