Offering all new amenities but with the original heritage nautical theme of the original use of the property. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the Charlottetown Harbour while relaxing on our waters edge seating provided to all guests to use.



The Space:

The Waterfront Cozy 1 Bedroom Suite is an open concept space with ground floor walk-in access directly into the condo suite. The "Galley" kitchen is fully stocked with all modern appliances and amenities. Sit back in this cozy and bright living space and enjoy the comfort of this waterfront condo. The bedroom has a comfy Queen size bed with a clothes dresser and closet for storage. The bathroom has a tiled shower/tub and vanity. The suite if fully air conditioned for your comfort and enjoyment. You are literally steps to the waters edge from the front door of this beautiful suite. The view is breathtaking and the waterfront seating area provided to all guests will be a tempting part of your time spent on the property.

There is also a complimentary washer and dryer in the suite for your convenience. There is a smart TV as well as free wifi throughout the condo.



Guest Access:

You will have full access to the entire private condo. You will also have full access to the the Waterfront grass area and the beach area in front of the condo. Relax at the waters edge in the chairs provided.



The Neighborhood:

You can sit on the patio and watch the sail boats and cruise ships sail by.

The "Boardwalk" is located right outside the condo where it will take you on a unique walking experience to many fun things that Charlottetown has to offer.

It is located only 2 blocks from famous Victoria Row and its entertainment area with many shops and is only a 5 minute walk.



Getting Around:

Whether you choose to park in the free parking area and walk, or prefer to drive, this beautiful condominium offers everything to make your vacation relaxing and enjoyable. Public transportation options are readily available, providing convenient access to various destinations. Free parking is available on the premises and on the street.

Please note that check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Free parking is available both on the premises and on the street. This is a quiet property, and quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Parties and large gatherings are not permitted. To maintain the comfort of all guests, please refrain from cooking seafood (including lobster) inside the condo. Only registered guests are allowed during quiet hours. The property was perfect! We stayed there for 4 nights and we were very comfortable. The location is great and walkable to amazing restaurants after all our day tripping adventures. Oh and you can't forget a beautiful view of the harbour from the property.

We stayed in the one bedroom condo for 3 night's! We absolutely loved the condo! The waterfront property is beautiful & the inside of the condo was nicely decorated! Love the nautical/beach theme. The condo had everything we needed & it was very cozy. We definitely had wished we were able to stay longer than 3 nights! Do not hesitate to book this property!

Cozy stay

Place is cozy and well equipped. Great location, walkable to all amenities, great sunrises and quiet. Counter space in bathroom is minimal but sufficient.

We were very happy with the unit with one exception, the bed was against the wall making it hard to get in and out in the middle of the night. It was close to the waters edge and nice to sit out there in the chairs provided. The unit was very clean and the washer/dryer was welcome. Only a 1 block walk to downtown and so many restaurants to choose from. We also had parking right by our door.

A beautiful stay

This condo in Charlottetown, was located in a beautiful spot overlooking the city’s harbor. It was convenient to the shops and historical places and was within walking distance. The condo was clean and had one of the best kitchens we have stayed in and the shower was the best. I would highly recommend staying here during your visit to Charlottetown.

Compact unit on the peaceful harbour

The boat house is a very compact space for two. All of the harbour and downtown is an easy walk. And the direct view of the harbour is great.

To have someone check with me once during my stay. Ants are not a big problem but I'd like to have had an ant trap, and bathtub mat would have felt safer - just little things a conversation would have handled. Otherwise, great suite, appreciated having a washer/dryer, and everything else was terrific.

Was the perfect location with all the amenities one would need for a relaxing stay that included, coffee filters, washing machine pods, dryer sheets, dishwashing tabs, well equipped kitchen. We watched a sailboat regatta sail by as well as 3 cruise ships. There was a comfortable sitting area just outside the front door under a cover plus the chairs down by the waterside. We walked a couple of streets to restaurants, various stores, a mall, etc. The place was clean, attractive & great parking. The photos are very accurate. The one negative was the long side of the bed was pushed up against a wall. If two were in the bed, the wall hugging person had a choice of crawling over the other or shimming down to the bottom of the bed and getting out on that end. Once the owner gets creative and fixes that problem, you will have a most excellent stay. The location allowed us to see and drive all the coastal drives and major attractions. My top attractions were: The North Cape and a visit to see the Wind Turbines and walk along the coast, a visit to Greenwich on the East Coastal route to walk the floating boardwalk out and over the tall dunes, and a return visit to the Dunes Gallery along the central Coastal drive. We discovered the Gallery 10 years ago and it is even better now. Plan for 1-2 hours to tour the gallery, the grounds and to eat lunch. The whole place is stunning.
