The first with a double bed, the second with bunk beds featuring a double bed below and single bed above. The bunk bed room is a kids paradise. 5 minute walk distance: Cotton Park (located on the same street as the home) has a 1km circular walking trail that runs along a small beach, playground and large green spaces. 3-5min drive: Grocery store, liquor store, coffee shop, post office, pharmacy, SPINCO, hardware store, trampoline park, gas station and Fox Meadow Golf Course. Downtown Charlottetown is just over the Hillsborough bridge(~7min by car). Want to go for a walk on the beach? Keppoch and Tea Hill Beach are a 7 minute drive. Visit during low tide and dig clams, catch hermit crabs and watch the sunset.
Hurricane Fiona left its mark on our property. We lost many large heritage trees and some clean up remains. Please excuse the tree debris that remains in the backyard, clean up is still ongoing.
