This property provides an ideal location for a family stay in Charlottetown. The host provides thoughtful and thorough communication and went the extra mile to find toys and amenities for our young children.
We enjoyed our time at this house and was a great location to explore the island. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with easy/quick access to multiple restaurants, shops, and downtown via a short drive or long walk. House was clean and in good condition.
Beds and furniture are comfortable and no major concerns with anything.
There were 5 of us which may be closer to the limit unless people are sharing the beds.
Thanks
The house was beautiful. Extremely clean. The kitchen had everything you could need, and the basement was an unexpected gem of toys for the kids. We were three adults and 2 kids (7 and 13) and needed something big enough for everyone to have room. Our 13 year old had the whole top floor to himself (bedroom and small bath), and thoroughly enjoyed having a space to retreat to. The back yard is nice, and the barbecue works well. It was only a 25 minute walk to the harbour, and that's with little legs in the group. Check in was seamless, and the host sent all the needed info ahead of time, and kept in touch over the Vrbo link. Would stay here again if I visiting Charlottetown.
The home was cozy, Clay was a great host. Honestly, felt like we never left our place. Respectable home, I tried leaving it the way I found it. Which is important to keep hosts like this genuine. Thanks for the stay. Mike
