Our second time on the property. The house and the view are terrific.Convenient location as well.Some small issues with entry due to dead batteries. Poor communication due to low signal strength. Burnt out bulbs in fixture over dining table.Problems largely addressed by property manager.

I grew up on PEI and travel back here from Calgary at least once a year to see family. I've stayed in many rentals on PEI and throughout North America since retiring and rate this as a 5 star property in a 5 star location. The house fits perfectly into the small community and has a view and beach access that is tough to match on the south shore of PEI. It's almost walking distance to a very good golf course and just minutes from everything you could need regarding food, fast food and booze. Also just minutes from Charlottetown. The house was complete with everything you could possibly need for cooking, relaxing and sleeping. The screened in patio is an incredible addition. Communicating was efficient and very accommodating. Simply the best we've stayed in over the past 6 years that we've been travelling extensively.

The beach house & property were BEAUTIFUL and well stocked (extra towels, beach toys, baby high chair & crib, board games, etc).The location was amazing - right by the beach and right by Charlottetown. The host was super communicative.
