It was a pleasure hosting Yaleny and her family. Although housekeeping did report some damage and extra cleanup these things can happen during a stay. We would be delighted to welcome Yaleny and her family back in the future. For a smoother experience, we encourage better communication so we can address any issues promptly and ensure the condo remains in tip-top condition. We look forward to hosting them in the future.

The place was fine overall. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen. The white bathroom mat was extremely dirty and appeared to have blood or something on it. We left early due to incoming snow and were not aware of the special rules for traction on your tires in the area during snow and did not want to get stuck there. The host did offer to help see if we could get chains for our tires, we declined but appreciated the offer.

Hi Tracy, Thank you for your feedback—we’re glad to hear you found the home well-stocked. We are bummed your stay was cut short due to unexpected snow. We’ve added to our listing that 4WD or chains are required during snowy and icy conditions to help guests plan their car rentals. We’re very sorry about the condition of the bathroom mat. That’s certainly not the standard we hold for our condo, and we’ve addressed this with our cleaning team to ensure it doesn’t happen again. We would have gladly replaced it right away had we known during your stay. We take pride in maintaining nearly perfect reviews and always welcome the opportunity to make things right in real time. Thank you again for your stay and for your helpful feedback—it allows us to continue improving.
