Spacious basement

This was our first visit to Chicago and property was perfect for my family. Very spacious. We had couple of hiccups but owners addressed them promptly.Over all loved the property and will stay again for sure.

Great location

Comfortable and clean with lots of room. Has kitchen with expreszo machine and a great theater room. Hosts were great to communicate with and made the process so easy. Nice safe neighborhood made us feel at ease with just 3 ladies. We will definitely stay again.

Great weekend getaway

The property was beautiful, clean and easy to find. We enjoyed the amount of space provided and the privacy. We had a small issue and the hostess was promt and accomidating. Some areas of the residence could use better temperature regulation and we would have enjoyed a few more kitchen appliances. The tv could also have better connection to the internet. Overall our stay was what we needed for a quick getaway and the hostess was easy to work with. We look forward to being back in the area soon.

I don’t know why this place has good reviews - it was so dirty, there is black mold over the kitchen sink, cobwebs and dirt around the windows, and there were no decent toiletries or a decent hair dryer. The shower had so much rust in it that chunks weee coming off the floor and the shower head was horrifying. The heat was provided mainly by tiny fire hazard heaters. It was terrible! We didn’t want to touch any of the kitchen appliances so we didn’t make coffee or anything - not that there was much of a choice. The TV only had Amazon on it but you couldn’t watch anything in your own account and Apple TV was supposed to work but it never did. The parking was ridiculous there were 3-4 cars parked outside almost at all times. I made the mistake of booking three nights. Never again! I am giving two stars simply because of the area - but that place needs a deep clean and some better amenities!
