Brenham’s old pecan house has been completely restored into a unique efficiency studio. Conveniently located a mile from Blue Bell Creamery, downtown & Washington County fairgrounds. She sits proudly off the beaten path in a historical area that housed Texas’s first African American college. This space has its own separate entrance & covered patio. Let her be your home away from home for the weekend.
The studio is a completely remodeled 14x14 efficiency. Equipped with a new bathroom she’s been gutted head to toe. She has a fridge, crock pot, air fryer, waffle maker & Keurig.
You’ll be self checking in & entering into the left side private deck with the yellow doors.
While we live local, we strive to offer our guests complete privacy. However we’re always just a phone call away.
The end of this street contains the 1st African American College in TX & historical landmarks. You’re also just a walk away to the fair grounds & several convenient stores.
This studio has a shared wall with the adjoining main home but offers a private entry & deck. She is part of a duplex with her own private cozy space.
Welcome to our Airbnb home! We want you to have a pleasant and comfortable stay with us. To ensure that everyone is happy and satisfied, we have established some house rules that must be strictly followed. Please take a moment to read through them before booking and make sure that you agree to them.
1. No Parties: Absolutely no parties are allowed in the house. This includes any gathering or event that involves more than the registered number of guests. This is not only for the safety of the house but also to respect our neighbors. If we receive any reports of parties, your stay will be terminated immediately, and a fine of $500 will be charged.
2. No Loud Music or Noises: Please keep noise levels to a minimum at all times, especially after 10 pm. Our neighbors enjoy peace and quiet, and we want to maintain good relationships with them. If we receive any reports of loud music or noise, your stay will be terminated immediately, and a fine of $200 will be charged.
3. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house or anywhere on the property. If we detect smoking in the house, a fine of $500 will be charged.
4. No Pets: Unfortunately, we do not allow any pets in the house.
5. No Unauthorized Guests: Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the house. Any unauthorized guests will be charged an additional fee, and you will be asked to leave.
6. Please dispose of your trash: Leaving trash and food inside the house will attract insects and rodents.
7. No Rearranging Furniture: Please do not move any furniture from its original position. If you do, you will be charged a fine of $100.
8. No Destruction of House Furniture/Items: Please treat the house and its contents with respect. If any damage is done to the house or its contents, you will be charged for repairs or replacements.
9. Be Mindful of Neighbors: Please be mindful that this is a duplex and you share a wall with tenants next door. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after 10 pm.
10. Ensure All Sliding Doors and Windows are Locked: Please ensure that all sliding doors and windows are locked before leaving the house for your safety and the safety of the house.
11. Clean After Yourself: Please clean up after yourself and leave the house in the same condition you found it. If excessive messes are left, a cleaning fee of $150 will be charged.
12. Park only in your designated spot.
We take these rules seriously, and failure to abide by them will result in fines and early termination of your stay.
