With its proximity to the beach, water activities, and a variety of local attractions, this condo is the perfect home base for a family vacation or a romantic getaway. On top of that, it's surrounded by 200 acres of protected wetlands and serves as a sanctuary for birds and wildlife, providing a tranquil backdrop for your stay.

Guests can enjoy access to a range of amenities within the Bethany Bay Resort Community, including an outdoor pool (available 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. from Memorial Day through Labor Day), tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts, as well as a playground and a nine-hole, par-three golf course (guests do not have access to the fitness center).

Inside the condo, you'll find a welcoming living space with comfortable furniture and a smart TV (no cable) to watch your favorite streaming services (guests must use their own login credentials). Group chefs can happily take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen and its modern appliances to whip up hearty meals for all to enjoy. After tasty meals, indulge in the bay views from the furnished balcony. When it's time to wind down for the evening, no matter which of the many bedrooms you opt to use, you're guaranteed a good night's rest.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
