About this property

This 2 bedroom + Loft, 3 bathroom condo sleeps 8 comfortably and conveniently located in town. The condo features a large sofa in the living room, electric fireplace, dining area with seating for 6 with an additional 4 at the kitchen bar and large screen TV with DVD player! This unit includes a full kitchen with all of the appliances to feel like home!

The nicely equipped master bedroom features a King bed with foam mattress topper, huge flat screen TV with DVD player and private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen bed also with TV and DVD player with the second bathroom located right outside the bedroom door. The loft has plenty of room for additional guests, with a full bathroom and features 2 Double beds and also includes a bunk bed with 2 Twin beds.

A spectacular family unit just a short walk to Vons, restaurants, movie theatre, and more! PLEASE NOTE: There may be construction in and around this complex during the Spring/Summer. This may include but not limited to common areas, roof replacement and repairs, parking lot resurface. We have no control over the schedule of work and cannot ask for them to be rescheduled to accommodate unit occupancy. We apologize for any inconvenience.All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.There are 15 steps to the unit, 2 levels inside, and 2 outdoor parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Bring your own CO detector

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place with ample sleeping options, however the carbon monoxide detector was mounted on a wall 6’ up, so everyone would likely perish before the detector would sense it. I would definitely recommend, once the CO detector issue is addressed.

Nice spacious condo.

This place can easily sleep 6-8 people. Parking was a bit crowded due to so much snow. We also had workers over our roof for hours shoveling snow and it was very loud. This is understandable due to so much snow this season, it was just hard to relax with all the noise. We had a great time. Walking distance to store and shops. We were able to check in a little earlier so that was greatly appreciate. I would stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice and cozy condo that provided a comfortable stay for a group of six people. Walking distance to the two grocery stores (Vons and Grocery Outlet) which allowed us to cook meals and save money. My husband and I stayed in the loft area so that the other people in the group could have the bedrooms. Having the loft as the third "bedroom" was had its own bathroom, plenty of space, and was separated enough from the rest of the common area spaces to provide sufficient privacy. Special thanks to Stephanie from the Mammoth Reservations office who provided a streamlined process when we had to unexpectedly extend our stay by four additional days. The office also has a secure key pick up and drop off which made it convenient for us to check in and check out during non-business hours.

Convenient Location, but dated.

The location was convenient and walking distance to restaurants and stores. The condo, however, is dated. It looks much brighter in the photos. The carpet is fairly dirty. The shower heads are very low. The cabinets in the kitchen were falling apart. It was nice to have 3 bathrooms, but they need to be updated. Would not stay here again.
