C302 is a top floor oceanfront condo that is currently available at a reduced rate! The 2 bedroom, 2-bath top-floor villa features vaulted ceilings, gorgeous ocean views and a large covered lanai for sunset dinners. The living room features new carpeting, plenty of comfortable seating and a large flat screen television for the family to enjoy. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite counter tops with a large dining room table off to the side. The master bedroom offers guests plenty of room to relax with a king size bed and flat screen television, while the second bedroom, perfect for the children, offers two twin beds and a television of its own. Both bedrooms are on different ends of the unit for maximum privacy and both feature their own attached full bathroom with tile and granite counter tops, as well as a private lanai with beautiful mountain and ocean views.
