This inexpensive 2-bedroom condo is located in the hear of Sosua, on the main strip (Pedro Clisante road), steps from all Sosua entertainment, bars, restaurants, stores, pharmacies, clubs, gyms, etc.

This condo has everything you need to enjoy your stay:
- 2 bedrooms: there is a twin bed in the ground floor, and a queen size bed upstairs, on the mezzanine.
- 1 bathroom
- A/C
- Internet, Wi-Fi
- TV/Cable
- Kitchen

The maximum occupancy is 3 adults, although a small kid could also sleep in the living room sofa.

All charges are included, also electricity and cleanings every two days.

A few house rules:
- The residence is guest-friendly (you can invite anybody anytime at no extra fee, respecting the maximum occupancy of 2 adults per bedroom).
- Pets are generally allowed, depending on number/type (details required).
- Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence.
- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (if you arrive outside office hours, a prior arrangement is required, and an additional fee may apply).
