This place was great for serving the purpose along with having a few perks the hotels near by didnt provide. The shining star with this experience was definitely Raymond the host. It is nice to know if there is an issue that someone will respond. Now is it the cleanest place, absolutely not, is the parking situation a little tight, 100% were there some defects in the ceiling that were not shown or disclosed, yes. However as mentioned it was very very nice for the price paid and we were very thankful this place was an option for us.

Nice place. Could use a good floor cleaning. Did have to wash the sheets as soon as i arrived, hair everywhere. Bed in the primary is loud. Big washer and dryer, which was nice. Great space. Will stay here again.

Our host was wonderful to communicate with. The condo was excellent for our Beaumont stay to visit family. Great stay for pet friendly accommodations. Be prepared to walk the dog as there is a patio but no back yard. Looks like some things have been added since a previous listing. No problems with side tables, bedroom dressers / closet, and there are tv's in living area and both bed rooms!!! We enjoyed our stay in Beaumont!

Perfect for our needs

The house was perfect for our needs. The neighborhood was nice and we felt safe. If you should have someone in your group that has difficulty with stairs, look closely as they seem steep and there is not a regular handrail. But for us, it was doable. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Okay

The place was okay and workable. However, could definitely use more furniture (ie. end table and coffee table in the living room, dresser and end tables in the bedrooms). In the closet in I believe the master bedroom they had two blankets hanging across the bars to hang the clothes.and a large black trash bag on the floor. In the other room which I believe should be a loft looking over the living room has this large plexiglass across it making it look like a viewing area for a surgical suite, which gave the whole house a strange feel. The only TV is in the living which kinda stinks. I’m not sure I would stay again if we planed on spending a lot of time in the house.
