If you are looking for a fun place to stay, this resort has it all! Would reccomend to people of all ages, because there is something for everyone. Our stay here will always be memorable, and we will definitely be back to vacation at Wyndham again!

Do not rent from this place!

I highly recommend you avoid staying at this listing. Wasn’t able to check in until 10 pm at night. We had to go stay somewhere else, and we weren’t able to get a refund. Very disappointing the staff at the desk wasn’t good at communicating either.

The correct address for the main reception to the property was not provided in the website or in any communication. When we arrived by midnight, all was closed and it took me a while to find the main reception. The place could use better name and direction boards

Very disappointing

Very high pressure to attend their presentation and subsequently contacted several times about it. First room didn’t have a washer and dryer so they “pulled some strings” to get us a room that did. Room was very tired and AC didn’t work, bathroom sink was clogged and dishwasher malfunctioned. Property is old and needs refreshed. Would NOT recommend

Disappointing Experience

While the resort itself is in a nice location and the neighborhood was pleasant, my overall experience was disappointing due to several significant issues that detracted from the stay.First and foremost, I was misled into attending a 2.5-hour sales presentation for a timeshare, which was presented as a condition of staying at the property. This was not disclosed upfront, and the presentation involved an extremely hard sell from multiple individuals, making it an uncomfortable and frustrating experience. Being forced into this meeting was a major detractor and soured the mood for our entire vacation. We were forced to cancel other plans we could not reschedule. Not only was this presentation required to attend, but a 40.00 refundable charge was added to ensure attendance.Additionally, the jacuzzi in our suite emitted a large amount of black particulate from the jets, which was unsanitary and forced us to stop using it. One of the hot tubs on the property was not functional. The elevator was not operational at all times. We had also scheduled a nail appointment through the concierge, but it was made for an offsite location rather than the onsite salon.The saving grace was the communication from the host, which was excellent. They were responsive and professional, but unfortunately, that couldn’t make up for the other issues. I would not stay here again unless there were major improvements in both transparency and property maintenance.
