The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable with every amenity we could need for our stay. The hosts were very kind and thoroughly communicated the room situation and how to access the premise. We enjoyed our stay and got a very good night's rest!
Thank you for a smooth check in this was the perfect area it wqs like being home. Lots of thing to do in the surrounding area. The property was clean just like it was described
my stay at this location was very relaxing, especially since it was a business trip. My location was five minutes away. It has lots of parks and recreational hiking areas. Very nice place clean. The host was always accommodating and even offering a water and food.
Everything was very seamless and the room was spacious and everything was very clean! There’s not a whole lot to eat in this area but it’s worth its proximity to the Sierra National Forest. The neighborhood was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. Thanks for everything!
Must stay at the property was very well. The owner made sure that I had everything that I needed and easy to access not having to worry to have a key or a place to stay. The place was very clean very private and gave me room and board close to work.
The room doesn’t have tv,and doesn’t have the air conditioner setup right;I haven’t lived the window open all night, the noise the air conditioner cannot let me sleep, because the window is open I feel insecure me and my wife;I feel so disappointed,I only stay one night;I now I can’t ask to get my money back, but I’m never going stay in the place

Hi Jose, I hope you’re doing well. I wanted to ask you a favor while you were staying here. I noticed that you set up the air conditioner incorrectly, and I kindly asked you twice if I could help you set it up properly for you and your wife. However, you refused my assistance. It was quite challenging to communicate with you, so I tried reaching out to you through VRBO, calling your cell phone, and texting you. Unfortunately, you simply left without saying a word. Fortunately, I checked the gate and door after you left, and I managed to close them. If you had informed me that you didn’t want to stay after that night, I would have canceled your reservation for the next day and refunded your money. However, I haven’t heard from you since then, and I’m not sure when you left the place.

Electricity went out multiple times. Very cold.
The electricity went out multiple times and when I tried to ask the owner to turn it on she didn’t respond. We had to go out in the cold to the front door and knock to get her to turn it back on. She told us we can turn it back on with the breaker box outside. She provided a little heater in the room that doesn’t do much because it’s winter and when the power turns off it’s no use. I have a 6 month old and she was cold I was highly upset. She has a nice property in a nice neighborhood and it was very clean. She did let us check in a hour early due to our flight coming earlier than expected.

I would like to clarify a few points for future guests.
First of all, I apologize for the power outage. Our room includes a fridge, microwave, kettle, and portable heater. I wasn’t aware you planned to bring your own 75-inch TV inside and use it which likely caused the power to trip due to overload. The power went out twice: the first time I fixed it promptly, and the second time there was a delay with the VRBO app, as I received your message while your husband was at my door in a short-sleeve shirt, and we were able to fix it right after that. It was spring time, the house temp was 65 degree inside.
While we tried to accommodate your family by allowing early check-in and extra guests (the room is designed for 2 people only) without charge, and over looked multiple issues, including inviting an unregistered guest without permission, smoking, leaving lights/vents on that triggered our whole-house vent system on for extended hours, and leaving the door/gate unlocked. Additionally, the room was left with a mess and baby feces on the bed linens, requiring extra cleaning.
I wish you and your family well, but other hosts should be cautious.
