Remodeled townhome 3 min to ski + central Ketchum
Welcome to your spa retreat! Perfect for families or couples, our home is your home away from home – start your day with a workout in our garage gym, make a quick cup of espresso before heading out to ski, bike, hike (Heidelberg hill is just behind us) or enjoy the Sun Valley area! At the end of the day, treat yourself to a relaxing steam shower in our newly remodeled bathroom or watch your own streaming services from our smart TVs! An added bonus - room by room radiant floor heating.
The space
Our newly remodeled 3 story townhome has a garage that can fit 2 cars tandem, a large living space area, with an adjustable dining table, new kitchen accessories, including a digital Terra Kafe espresso maker and a Breville toaster oven. The 3rd floor is where the bedrooms are -- both bedrooms have luxury mattresses, ensuite bathrooms and the master bedroom and bathroom (with the new digital steam shower) are both newly remodeled. The second bedroom has a king bed that can be switched to 2 twin XLs.
Guest access
We are located right on the bike path and shuttle route - which means you really don't need a car, but if you have one - you can park in our 2 car tandem garage:
-- 3 min drive to downtown Ketchum or the ski mountain
-- 5 min free shuttle ride (the stop is literally outside our door)
--15 min walk or an 8 min bike ride into town
Other things to note
In the garage we have a 240V outlet for electric car charging.

Check-out instructions
The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Return the keys
Check out is at 11am. And we ask that you please do the following:
1.Put towels in the wash and start it (detergent and/or pods are on the table to the left of the washer / dryer).
2. Run the dishwasher and clean all used pots and pans (please do not put in the dishwasher).
3. Remove all trash from the condo and place it in the trashcan in the garage
4.Leave the garage door opener on a hook at the ski rack in the mud room (right next to the wine rack).

Why they chose this property
My husband and I love the Ketchum / Sun Valley area -- we enjoy the ski town it becomes during the winter and the fabulous Summers -- with all of the festivals. There is so much to do right in the Wood River Valley, with a world renowned ski mountain just 3 minutes away, a fabulous hiking trail to Adam's Gulch right in our backyard and we are also very close to the Stanley area as well with some of the best snowmobiling for the winter and the gorgeous Red Fish Lake. The restaurants and bars add a special touch as well -- this really is one of the best towns to spend a few days to months! The shoulder season is also really nice with less crowds but still all the fun activities and amazing food!
