Casago es el encargo de la propiedad en el check in te piden hacer depósito en garantía o dejar una tarjeta registrada cuando ya estás reservando por medio de Vrbo y todos los cargos te los deberían hacer por medio de vrbo… adicional yo tuve que hacer el depósito de mi reservación directo con casago por que vrbo solo me cobró el cargo por usar vrbo y si quería mantener mi reservación tenía que hacerlo directamente con casago, lo cual si me dio mucha desconfianza… estuvimos tres noches hospedados y ningún día tuvimos servicio de limpieza, nos comentaron que eran los primeros dos días la limpieza básica, camas, basuras y amenidades pero no se recibió para nada… el condómino está muy bien, muy limpio y con las suficientes utensilios, el segundo cuarto (cama queen) ya ocupa remplazo del colchón, dormir dos personas ahí es demasiado incómodo por qué se hunde; si me volvería a hospedar pero contactaría directo a casago

Nos da mucho gusto saber que encontró el condominio limpio, bien equipado y que consideraría hospedarse nuevamente con nosotros. También agradecemos que considere realizar su próxima reservación directamente con Casago. Lamentamos la confusión respecto al proceso de pago y al depósito en garantía. Dependiendo del tipo de reservación realizada a través de Vrbo, algunos pagos y el depósito de garantía son procesados directamente por Casago como administrador de la propiedad. Entendemos que esto pudo haberle generado incertidumbre y agradecemos su comprensión. Asimismo, le ofrecemos una sincera disculpa por no haber recibido el servicio de limpieza durante su estancia. Definitivamente, esa no es la experiencia que deseamos brindar a nuestros huéspedes. Revisaremos internamente lo sucedido para evitar que esta situación vuelva a presentarse. Agradecemos también que nos haya informado sobre el colchón de la recámara con cama queen. Compartiremos su comentario con el propietario para que pueda evaluar su reemplazo.
