This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is waterfront with everything you need to have a great vacation. Want to escape work early? We also provide a work area with desk, chair, flat screen monitor, keyboard, mouse and high-speed internet to allow you to escape to the lake early and finish that final work obligation.. This location is perfect as its close to the dam and all of its activities (restaurants, bars, shopping, go-cart tracks, etc) in addition to the other restaurants, bars and pools along the lake. For the adventurous souls, explore the jet-ski rentals, boat rentals, parasailing or championship golf courses along with many charming boutiques. And as the day fades into twilight, indulge in the vibrant nightlife of the Lake of the Ozarks, where live music, delectable cuisine, and unforgettable memories await.

We are located at the 3 Mile Marker on the North Shore in Rocky Mount Mo. approximately 20 minutes to Bagnall dam by car and a very fast 5 minutes by boat.

Clean, comfortable lake stay!

We had a great weekend with family. The condo was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our time on the screened in porch overlooking the main channel. The owner made sure we had everything we needed and was thorough with his rental policy. We will be back for sure!

Very nice, clean, and spacious condo

We enjoyed our week at the lake at this condo. It was perfectly clean with many updated appliances. The kitchen was fully stocked to allow us to make meals. And the condo was very spacious for 5 guests. The outdoor patio had nice views of the lake. Only being able to park one car at the complex was slightly annoying but we made it work. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

This is a great place. The unit is clean and spacious and nicely furnished. The complex itself has a resort-like feel. The location is both far enough out to feel private, yet close enough for restaurants, shopping, etc. And the host was excellent. Very helpful and communicative. This is our second stay in this unit, and we will definitely come back. 10/10!!

Super nice condo!

This condo was clean and very aesthetic! It was equipped with all needed items. The units and the pool area is handicapped accessible. A very nice view of the lake from balcony. The location is good but pay attention on the drive to the condo as the roads are curvy and narrow. We had excellent communication with property manager. He communicated in detail everything we needed to know and made sure our stay was a good one. I will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Condo & Location!

We were so impressed with this property. It's private yet close to almost everything (within 20 minutes). The check-in process was about as easy as it can get. Communication with the property manager was second to none. He was very communicative and answered all of our questions within minutes. We loved the open concept of the condo, so it was easy to communicate with family while cooking dinner. The bedrooms were the perfect size for our teenagers, and the master was exquisite! The screened in porch was an added bonus that offered incredible views of the lake, along with the beautiful sun rise, and sun set. Highly recommend. We will definately be back!

Why they chose this property

Very spacious lakeside condo on the main channel at the Lake of the Ozarks. Beautiful views from your screened in balcony to enjoy your evening with friends. Two king sized beds and a queen size bed give you plenty of space for your guests, There is also a blow-up mattress and extra blanket along with a couch for the kiddo if needed. Beautiful pool that lounge chairs to relax, we also have a spacious commons area with tables, BBQ grills, games, fire pit tables. The location is 20 min drive to Bagnell Dam strip with many things to do including: Food, drink, shopping, bars, kids activities, grocery, gas, highway access.

What makes this property unique

The location is close to Bagnall Dam and Osage Beach with all of its amenities including things like: Boat and Ski rentals, Championship Golf, Shopping, Bars, Live Music, Great Restaurants, Go-Cart tracks, Horseback Riding, many other things to do. The condo itself is tucked in the hills for privacy with all paved roads and a privacy gate for security. The complex offers a beautiful pool that's great fun for the kids of all ages. A large commons area gives you plenty of room for that game of Bags with your friends or just to hang out and enjoy the evening with comfortable seating including gas fire pit tables. The complex offers easy access with elevators and assigned parking and door code entry.. You'll also enjoy your private screened in balcony that overlooks the main channel at the 3 mile marker with a great view of some of the spectacular boats that cruise by..
