Beautiful condo, horrible communication

We could not have asked for a more beautiful property to spend our Christmas, family vacation. The unit, view, neighborhood were all amazing!The property manager was the worst I have ever experienced in all my years of renting VRBOs. Zero communication after I booked. I had to email to get the paperwork. I had to email to get the check-in code. I received zero communication about the check-out process.Additionally the listing lacks accurate information. We had 5 in our party. Linens for the pull-out bed were not provided. We had to take from the other beds in the unit for bedding. Beach towels were not provided. Dish soap, Shampoo/Conditioner, body wash, paper towel were also not provided. I messaged the manager while on our trip with a question and received zero response.For the expense we paid for this trip, I was extremely let down with the property manager. Should you choose to stay here, I would limit your expectations on this end.
