Family Beach House Retreat, 2BR, 1.5BA, 100ft from the Beach!

We’re going out of town and want you to bring your family to our 2BR, 1.5BA Condo at the beach.

Literally steps to the sand, and walking distance to Belmont Park, restaurants, and shops.

We’ve dropped prices lower than other 2BRs in the neighborhood, and we’ve locked our personal possessions in the closets. Cleaners have scoured the unit to ensure the rental is clean, uncluttered, sanitized, and fresh for your arrival. (Brand new linens and duvet covers will be placed on the beds).

My wife and I are from San Diego and we have a 4 year old son. We love spending time on the bayside with him where he loves to play in the calm waters, and we also like to explore the beachside where we always find something new for him to discover. There are also a bunch of cool parks nearby for kids to have fun at.

Why they chose this property

My wife and I were both ocean lifeguards for the City of San Diego for many years and we love the aquatic, beach lifestyle. The Mission Bay and Beach park areas are truly a beautiful place to live or visit.

What makes this property unique

With lower pricing, and more accommodations than you’ll find in a lot of bomb-proof, minimally maintained, spartan-esque short-term rentals, our house will feel more like home. If you have kids, they’ll love having access to a ton of books and toys to keep them entertained. We have super comfortable beds and sofas so come and enjoy the relaxed beach lifestyle that we love so much.
