The property and house are very nice. There is plenty of room for a family. The house is clean and well kept. The host and neighbor that takes care of the property were very nice and quick to answer any questions I had. The neighborhood is quiet and the views are spectacular. I would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for the nice review. Yes, we agree, the city views are great on those warm relaxing evenings. Thank you for considering our home away from your home. Come again!!
I was very fortunate to locate this property at the last minute when a previous booking did not work out. Throughout the process, Shelly was most gracious and communication was excellent.I truly enjoyed my stay. The house was spacious and well-appointed. I was very comfortable for my entire stay. The neighborhood was very peaceful. I was especially fortunate that the property allowed small dogs. (I have two.) I had wanted to get away from the fireworks, because they frighten one of my little dogs, and I didn't hear a single one during my stay.I highly recommend this property. It was a great place to stay, and the owner was wonderful to work with. I will definitely return when I am in Rio Rico again.

Hi Evonne,
thank you for your wonderful review. Was very happy to help with your situation and glad your little ones rested peacefully on that 4th of July craziness. You are welcome back any time.
Blessings - Shelly
This property was a great home, very accurate to the listing. We had some wifi issues but owners were quick to respond and fix. Not ideal for infants, but owner told us ahead of time ao we brought our travel cribs and tubs.

I am sorry that Norell did not like the sleeping arrangements in our home. We provide lots of extra pillows and blankets in every bedroom and extra blankets in the living room. The bed that she says sinks in the middle cannot be true - the mattress is less than 6 months old. Most people that have rented since we purchased the mattress did not even use this room in the last 6 months, it is brand new!! There is a nice comforter on the day bed. It is for a twin bed and it fits. Do not understand her complaint. The second twin bed is a pull out for the day bed - it is not supposed to have a comforter. That is why we provide extra blankets and pillows in the closet, if they are needed. She received instructions where extra blankets and pillows are in the "Welcome Guest" binder - the closet of every bedroom. We have never provided shampoo or body wash for guests (allergy reasons). If she wanted this provided she could have asked for this and we would have tried to accommodate with a minimal fee.
