The house is on two floors, ground floor there is a master bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom, a dependence with outer space where there is an outdoor shower and another bathroom on the first floor there is a bathroom, kitchen , utility room, two bedrooms with sea view, the beds in total are 8, suitable for families or young groups. The area is served by restaurants discos, supply agip, newsagent and tobacconist. The SEA is FACING THE HOUSE AT 50 MT. Around the house there is space for the kids there is a small garden with fruit trees. The beach in front of the house is sandy, there are the dunes, you can see from the picture, the beach is over ten meters wide and extends for about 7 km, has obtained three sails which are a measure of the purity of the water and lack of pollution, suitable for children not being very deep bottom.
