The house was very clean and beautiful. The hot tub was ready for use. The check in and out instructions were provided in a timely and clear manner. Any questions prior to check in received a prompt response.

We had a fabulous time at the Cliff House on Seneca Lake. The check in process was very easy and the host provided great information during the entire process from booking to checkout. Host was very responsive to our request in turning on the heat on a cool Oct evening. House very clean! The photos you see on line are exactly what you get! We were six active ladies in our 70’s and found the accommodations and location perfect for us exploring the finger lake area.
