Nica was a great communicator. Rooms were clean. Location was excellent! We could easily walk to the beach. The community's beach, playground, & fishing dock were very well maintained. Our grandchildren loved the playroom with the pool/ping pong combo, foosball & game machine which are located on the ground floor along with 3 bdrms & bath. If you have a mobility issue the stairs up to the main floor, 2 bdrms bath are quite a lot. Otherwise, all good. I reported to Nica that several bdrm closets' rods were broken & 1 was missing altogether. Hopefully for future renters they will all be fully available to hang clothing from. Entering & leaving the home was super easy with an assigned PIN#. Both bathrooms are updated & well- maintained.
