Welcome to C-30509. This 3 bedroom 3 bath condominium can comfortably accommodate up to 12 Adults. The condo features 2 roll-out beds in the living room, a King bed in the master bedroom, 2 Queen beds in the second room, and a 2 Queen bed in the third bedroom. The master bedroom and living room have access to the balcony large separate walk-in laundry room with full-size laundry facilities. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and Granite countertops.

Resort Amenities: Kids pool with water slides, Grande Jacuzzi, Exercise room, Game room, Wide Walkway to the beach and Grande sea side Palapa with pavers, lighting, gas grill; Individual sea side Palapas, Rental Check-in Area in Lobby, Free Parking, 24-hour security, 2 Elevators, 2 Swimming Pools with swim-up bar. Full Restaurant and Bar. We have 3 grills in common areas for the use of our guests. Propane tanks can be requested at the Front Desk for a fee.
