Beautiful bright four bedrooms in Rittenhouse Square

Enjoy the most convenient location and ample bright space in the Rittenhouse Square neighborhood. The separate four- bedroom suites are above a cafe that is having its interior decorated into a cafe.

Please note this is an older house and while we do our best to clean we are in the city and critter and pests may enter the house. If you are not comfortable with this, please do not book.

Same day booking check in is 4pm or two (2) hours after booking, whichever is later.

The host was super helpful when I didn’t realize I needed to pay for meter marking. She went out of her way to help. The only issue was the kitchen went used by us during the stay but the tablecloth over the island was rather dirty. All other areas seemed clean, and we were happy with the visit.

Perfect location with amazing food and sites within walking distance. Bedrooms are big and kitchen is spacious. The host could not have been more helpful - when I forgot my suit in the rental, she was amazing in coordinating with me to swing by and pick it up later. Must be okay with a lot of stairs to get up to the bedrooms - wasn't a problem for our group.
