This listing is rented for the lower two floors. The top floor is occupied by others and there is no shared internal space with the guests. It’s a challenge for me to find properties offering several bedrooms and baths for my business team in the SSF area. This property works well having 5 bedrooms/5 baths with 4 of the baths within the bedroom for access. Property was generally clean except for the small kitchen area. My oversight when reviewing property, but for the size, the property lacks a full kitchen with full amenities for a large group. We normally prepare dinner/breakfast meals and simply found it a challenge without a full stove and oven. Insufficient kitchen prep accessories, and could use a bit more cleaning. With that shared, again my oversight for not realizing there wasn’t a larger general purpose area conducive for my team of 5, TV, living room and all appliances. Host was fantastic, very communicative, quick to respond and home is conveniently located close to the biotech area for business.

The positives: the place was clean and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended for us.The apartment is located on the lower levels of the house, so you have to carry all your luggage down a steep set of stairs — and back up again when you leave.There is practically no soundproofing. Starting around 7 AM, you can hear the children upstairs getting ready for school — footsteps, running, chairs moving — as if it’s happening right above your bed. There is also a noticeable old-house smell.For the price, we expected a much higher level of comfort. The value simply does not match the cost.For future guests: I would not recommend this place if you have heavy luggage, value peace and quiet, or want to sleep in.

This house has some terrific features -- five spacious bedrooms and four baths. The house is well supplied with essentials like dental items, Q-tips, foil, and lotions, Every drawer and cabinet are labeled. There is a washer and drayer. The kitchen/dining area is cozy but it works well with a circular couch. There is no stove but there is a hotplate, coffee maker, water heater, microwave and toaser. Good additions would be a broom and some dish towels. However, there are over 40 steep steps down to get into the house, and then one must go up the steps to get out. The parking is difficult, as cars come around the corner pretty fast. For walkers, there are no sidewalks. There are stairs between the kitchen and four of the bedrooms. There are no shops within easy walking distance. So overall we enjoyed the house, but it would not work for anyone with mobility issues.

Thank you for taking your time to provide valuable insights that have the potential to help improve our work! There are five spacious bedrooms and five bathrooms. There are 30 normal steps to the first floor, 14 more normal steps to the second floor. The stairs is 5 feet wide with lights. The car was parked on our driveway. It takes about 15 minutes' walk to the shops nearby. Thank you!
