Located on a quiet dead-end street near Eastons Pond, with a nice yard, private deck and attached to a restored carriage house. You are a short drive to all of Newport's and Middletown's Beaches and the center of Newport. Many amenities including outside shower, gas grill, A/C, and off street parking. Fun vacation rental!
This was a very cute cottage with close access to downtown Newport. We were able to borrow beach equipment. Kids were comfortable and happy. Owners were very welcoming and responsive. We were able to cook all our meals and had everything we needed.

Great time exploring Newport and beaches!
We had a great time! Drove into Newport, biked around the neighborhood. Lots of space in the kitchen and living room. Great hosts! Available If we needed anything but gave us plenty of space. :)

Found the perfect spot off the beaten path
Adorable attached cottage in a quiet and centrally located neighborhood in Middletown. We were visiting for a family wedding and a 90th birthday, and this little place was perfect. It offers a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living space and bedrooms, a washer/dryer combo, and a serene deck overlooking a large yard - great for morning coffee. The owners, Peter and Karleen, were excellent hosts and accomodated an early day checkin, as well as shared their oh-so-friendly, sweet dog Zoe. Highly recommended.

My husband and I both grew up in Newport and Middletown. We currently live next door to the cottage with our two teenage boys and our dog , Zoe. We actually have lived in the cottage ourselves and it is perfect for a family!
We love meeting new people and can help with suggestions on what you may want to do or see when you are here. Zoe ( a very friendly lab) is also in the yard at times, so let us know if you do not want her there.

This area of Middletown is perfectly located! WE are very close to the Newport line, so it is easy to get to the beach and downtown Newport. It is also located on a dead end street, so it is very peaceful and safe.
