We are taking COVID cleanliness protocols to ensure guests are protected and comfortable. Fresh air measures, deep cleaning & sanitizing service upon every check out.
Our Clean updated cottage has refinished hardwood floors, open living/kitchen area, stainless steel appliances, AC/ heat, large front porch, outdoor furniture, spacious side yard, bbq grill, outdoor shower, and 2 parking spots on site. Great for a Newport stay!
Note: We have a SECURITY CAMERA on property with audio disabled. It is facing the front door and it can be turned off upon renter request.

After vacationing in Newport for nearly a decade we decided it was time to purchase our very own Beachside Retreat! Our clean and newly renovated cottage is in a desirable location just steps away from the beach – allowing you (and us) to enjoy all that Newport & Middletown have to offer.

Our spacious side yard allows for grilling, relaxing, a quick rinse in the outdoor shower, or a dining at home al fresco. The front porch offers multiple seating options for relaxing outside, enjoying a good book, a morning coffee, or unwinding with a glass of wine at sunset.
