150 meters from sandy beach, in aria country houses, and can be rent hall house including studio in ground floor, or separately. 8 min by foot by the sea to nearest restaurant in the village, caffe, minimarket… and 20 min by foot by the sea or by car 2 min to town Nea Moudania . 50 kl from Thessaloniki airport. Househave sea view, we are in front 150 meters from sandy beach of Portaria Bay. The sea is not deep. It have Blue Flag- the symbol of cleanness and ecological place. Nearest hotel 15 min by foot and it is 5 stars. New house 3 floors in classic stile full equipped. Suitable for capls, families with children and friend. Rent able all year. We have terrace, and it’s comfortable to seat and to have your coffee or lunch or dinner. Near is village with traditional restorations, cafes, ships, pharmacy, bakeries ects.

We rent our family house near the sea several years, it is not big, over 50 meters and 3 floors, but have everything. for summer holidays - it is in front of the sea, good place, out of village and town, but near it...the sea is clean. also only 30 min from the airport Thessaloniki, we can meet you, no needed to rent car for holidays, or we offer transfers.
Why they chose this property
150 strait to the clean sandy beach, which have BLUE Flag-in Greece symbol of cleanest and ecology. beach bars 250 and 400 meters. Nearest village with restaurants with Mediterranean kitchen... 8 min from the house. Town Nea Moudania 2min by car 30 min by foot. Easy to travel from hear. not many tourists in this aria.
