It has a large, private fenced backyard complete with a clubhouse and hot tub for after-ski soaks. Mountain views are complimented by large gathering areas, a bright kitchen, a cozy living room, and a large mudroom for all your gear and toys. Perfectly situated near open spaces and trails.

Fully Furnished Single-family home only minutes to Park City Mountain and Deer Valley ski resorts. Located in the Silver Spring neighborhood, on a quiet flat road and eight minutes from Park City old town. It has a large private fenced backyard complete with a clubhouse and hot tub. A bright kitchen, cozy living room, and large mudroom for all your gear. Perfectly situated near open spaces and trails. No smoking or vaping, will negotiate a pet, and a car rental.
Great location in a quiet neighborhood and on the free bus route. Only 3 minutes to Park City Mountain resort (on the epic pass), on the Canyons Village side. 8 minutes to Deer Valley ski resort (on the Ikon pass) and Old Town. The cottonwoods for skiing: Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, & Brighton resorts are 45 minutes away. Snowbasin and Power Mountain are 45 minutes away as well.
Our house is our primary home, so it will have a home feel and touch. Looking for families who will respect our primary home as their own. We can negotiate a well-behaved pet, we have a small doggie door and a fenced backyard. A garage that fits one car and plenty of room for gear storage. More parking in the driveway. Utilities are included for up to $500/month. Fast fiber internet for remote work and school! We can negotiate a car rental, Sienna Minivan seats 7 people, and has an All-wheel drive for the snow. Amazing Stay - Amazing Experience

We needed accommodation to spend Christmas with family over six weeks. The house had a beautiful family feel and everything was super organized! Julie was very easy to work with and any minor issues with the property were promptly sorted out.We couldn’t speak highly enough of the house, its proximity to the ski fields, the level of comfort and the ease of managing a full house with kids ranging from 3-18 and Grandparents too!We would highly recommend this property and its wonderful hosts!
