Fremont Townhouse

The property was very clean and exactly as described in the post. Would definitely recommend the property and location. Fremont is a great neighborhood.

Great location, house is dated

The house had everything we needed and the location is unbeatable. That said, we did have a few issues. Parking is a bit tough. Even with a permit it's hard to find a street spot. There is one garage but it is not only VERY small, but navigating into it, even with a very small car, is EXTREMELY difficult. Also, the house need maintenance. Light fixtures missing multiple bulbs, bathroom fan not working, handles coming off the pans - that kind of stuff. In the end, everything critical worked and we got what we needed but a little sprucing up could really help!
