1st floor:
- Bedroom #1: Queen bed w/ closet, attached full bathroom with 1 vanity/sink

2nd floor:

3rd floor:
- Bedroom #2: Queen bed walk-in closet. Dedicated desk and chair, mini split A/C
- Bedroom #3: King bed, walk-in closet, mini split A/C
- Full bathroom with 2 vanities/sinks

Rooftop:
- Patio with seating for 8 people & a Space Needle view


House rules:

* No parties or events. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $1000.
* No smoking or vaping inside/outside the property. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $1000.
* No pets allowed.
* Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Please respect the neighbors.
* Please remove shoes inside the house (except in the entryway and on the rooftop) as we sometimes have crawling babies visiting.
* No extra/overnight guests. All adult guests in the group must be on the reservation.
* No mailbox access.
* Turn off all appliances (stove, oven, hair dryer, iron, etc.) when not in use.
* Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when on the rooftop.


Other things to note
* The fireplace is currently unavailable. Please use the mini-split AC unit for heating.
* This is a multi-level townhome and the guests have to be comfortable with climbing stairs(44 steps).
* We have one attached garage suitable for a mid-size car. Parking space is limited, so please ensure you are comfortable maneuvering in tight spaces. Street parking permits are available upon request. Please do not block any driveways.
* Pack n' play available per request.
* Extra pillows/linens available per request
* Security camera(Nest cam) is for exterior use only.
* A noise monitoring device is located inside the house. This device measures decibel levels only and does not record conversations.

Wonderful stay in Queen Anne

It’s hard to find space like this! It is exactly as pictured. 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths made it perfect for our family of 5. The rooftop views are spectacular. The kitchen, really the entire place, is so very well appointed. The hosts were very responsive and extremely helpful. There are plenty of restaurants a few blocks away. Would absolutely stay again.

Amazing!

We had an extremely comfortable stay at this property! The house was very clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The view from the rooftop is breathtaking! We did a working vacation where we worked East Coast hours and went out in the evenings. The Internet speed was good enough for 2 people to work remotely. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes within walking distance and a lot of the major attractions are also within walking distance.

Great place

The place was beautiful and well maintained. I loved how stocked the kitchen was with everything you need including coffee, creamer and spices. Just one thing to note is this is a three story place so if you have young toddlers you have to keep an eye on them because of the amount of stairs. I felt like I spent all my time watching my baby every time he took a step. I didn’t see any baby gates but that might be nice to include in the place. Overall loved the place and the rooftop deck view was the highlight of the place.

Great 3 bedroom with view

We really enjoyed our stay at this Queen Anne location. The view from the rooftop balcony is fantastic. Very hard to find a 3 bedroom/3bathroom unit and it was very well priced. Super clean with extra amenities . The only drawback are the stairs. It did say there were a lot of stairs but 5 levels were more than expected. If you’re young and healthy with good knees there’s no problem! Would definitely recommend!

Great location for us to walk to restaurants and as a base to explore. The place was very clean, comfortable, nice floor plan, well supplied with things to make our stay comfortable. The rooftop deck has amazing views of the skyline. Off street parking was appreciated. Host was friendly and responsive. We would gladly stay here again.
