It is a great place in a wonderful location by the waterfront. Kitchen adequately equipped. “Sleeps 8” would include two people on the air bed. Bonus is the great Thai restaurant on the property.

A great unit in an amazing location that needs an update and some love. Beautiful view and very clean but ripped and dirty couch, thin bedding, soft bed, musty smelling towels, outdated decor and poor lighting. Worth noting that the booking process takes place outside of VRBO. You have to fill out a separate contract with name, dates of stay, etc and sign and send back to them. Its not a huge deal but its an extra couple of steps that usually take place in the app/on the platform.

Wow, these are not the views of our other guests, as you can read in our reviews both for this unit and our 10 other units we have at Harbor Steps. The unit looks exactly like the photos. To clarify, the booking does not take place off the VRBO platform. You book on VRBO, but we do have an additional short rental agreement. The last page we have guests fill out is basic guest info (name, dates of arrival, email, phone, and a change to request early check-in too). We are required by Harbor Steps to provide this basic info to them since we LEGALLY sublet these units to our short term guests. Loved the view from the balcony. Comfortable beds and pillows. Super quiet and convenient to endless restaurants. Short walk to Pike Place Market and other attractions. Definitely would stay here agin.

Amazing location with lovely Puget Sound view. Nice gyms and easy check in. Property photos match the space accurately. The furnishings are sparse (per the photos). The furniture is in need of an update and the walls seem to have not been painted in quite a while with many dings.

- Location is outstanding and accommodations were good except for the quality of the 2nd bedroom mattress - it felt like an air mattress that needed inflating. Also, and I understand the normal entrance to the check-in/out desk is being renovated, but check out return of the FOB's was not good. It was raining and the 24 hour guard was not there and you can't use the FOB to get in that door - so had to wait under cover around the corner checking periodically if the guard would show up, until luckily was able to catch someone who happen to be coming out of the door and yelled to them if they could keep the door open till I could get there to let me in - all the while waiting to call for an Uber to get to the airport in time for our flight! Other than that was fortunate that the outdoor temperatures were cool enough to sleep comfortably but did have to use the fans one night to get there.

Important to note that the closure of the front desk main lobby doors was temporary, so you will not need to worry about that. It was just over a week while they did a renovation project, so back to easy check-in now. Thanks! Debra, Picture Properties

Lovely condo with great views and convenient to everything.

We had kids and adults and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Whether walking or public transit, it’s in a great location. The biews from the condo are spectacular and the beds are plentiful and comfortable. Second time here and would definitely stay again.

Overall, great location! Apartment was clean. Provided plenty of towels etc. The TV in the bedroom didn’t work and I wish they allowed late check out (noon would have been helpful). Overall, would stay again!

Great spot, perfect location!

If you are doing a tourist outing in Seattle, this place is perfect for your stay. You are within walking distance to most sites. The accommodations were spacious, secure, and clean. You won’t be disappointed!

Great Place to Stay with family!!

Took my wife and two daughters (ages 10 & 8) to Seattle for 5 days! Had a great time! This unit has everything you need and the A/C during the hot days in July is a must have! Highly recommend this place! Close to everything as we walked everywhere!

We are so glad another guest enjoyed this unit. It should be noted that they were here during record breaking heat in July (90 deg plus). The average high temp in Seattle in July and Aug is just 75 deg. So yes, we do have AC, but you may or may not need it during your stay! Most Seattle area residences do not have AC.
