I was born and raised in Seattle, and let me tell you, there's nothing quite like the city at night!🌃 Growing up in West Seattle, I spent countless evenings swooning over the sparkling lights of the downtown Waterfront from Hamilton Viewpoint. It’s a view that has always felt like pure magic ✨ to me. So, when the opportunity to purchase this condo came along, it was truly a dream come true!

I've always had a deep love for downtown Seattle—the salt in the air, the hustle and bustle of Pike Place Market 🦀, and even the gritty charm that makes this city so unique. There's something special about the way the city hums with life, yet offers moments of peace and reflection.

And I have to admit, I’m a bit biased, but I think I snagged the best condo in the whole complex. Why? Because it’s right on the water! Every morning, I sip my coffee ☕ on the balcony, soaking in those stunning views of the Olympic Mountains 🏔️. It’s my little slice of paradise, where the world seems to slow down just enough to let you breathe it all in.

On those classic Seattle days—when the clouds roll in and the air is filled with that salty, sea breeze—there’s nothing better than cozying up by the fireplace. 🪵 🔥 The combination of the warm fire and the view of the misty mountains across the Sound and inhaling the salty air creates a sense of warmth and contentment that I wouldn’t trade for anything.

Seattle has always been my home, and this condo is a true reflection of my love for the city. It’s where I find peace, inspiration, and that unshakeable connection to the place I’ve always called home.❤️

Oh and I LOVE hosting because I get to share this beauty and experience.

Why they chose this property

Seattle is more than just a city to me—I grew up here, and living in West Seattle I always loved seeing the beautiful city at night. Seattle is home and a place where I feel truly connected to the vibrant energy and stunning natural beauty. The Emerald City 🌲 has a unique charm that effortlessly blends urban excitement with serene beauty of Puget Sound and the Olympic mountains.

Every day here feels like an adventure. I love starting my mornings with a visit to the Pike Place Market 🎣. The vibrant energy, the fresh flowers 💐, and the smell of freshly brewed coffee from the original Starbucks ☕ create an atmosphere that's hard to resist. Plus, there's nothing quite like the thrill of watching the fishmongers toss fish through the air—it's a Seattle classic!

Living on the Seattle Waterfront 🌊 I relish the sea breeze and it is so relaxing watching the ferries ⛴️ glide by. Whether I'm exploring the Seattle Aquarium 🐠, taking a ride on the Seattle Great Wheel 🎡, or simply strolling along the waterfront, there's always something to see and do.

Seattle's culinary scene is a food lover's dream, and being surrounded by some of the best restaurants in the city there is always something wonderful to eat! From the fresh seafood at Elliott's Oyster House 🦀 to the comforting clam chowder 🍲 at Ivar’s, and the irresistible pastries at Piroshky Piroshky 🥐, there's no shortage of delicious options.

Seattle is full of culture, the Seattle Art Museum 🎨 and the Museum of Pop Culture (MoPOP) 🎸 are just a short trip away. They’re my go-to spots for inspiration and a deeper connection to the city's creative spirit.

This neighborhood in Seattle offers everything I could ever want—a mix of lush green landscapes 🌲, bustling city streets 🛣️, and a sense of community that makes every day feel special. I will always love this city, and I know you will too.

So, grab your umbrella ☔ (just in case!) and get ready to experience all the magic that Seattle has to offer!
