This is the best place from which to enjoy all that Seattle has to offer. Watch ferry boats slip by from your living room or deck with the sound and mountains in the background, walk to the Market for brunch and pick up some locally grown produce, or experience the Seattle Theater and nightlife! The location was amazing to maximize a quick weekend in Seattle. The view was beautiful and the apartment was nicely furnished, although we didn’t spend much time inside. Minutes walk from the Ferris wheel and Pike Market and tons of good restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place for a Seattle getaway.

Great Anniversary Spot!

My wife and I loved being here for 4 days during our anniversary. The owner was gracious and accommodating of our wild travel changes around bad weather. The views are perfect, the walk to the market is brief, and the place is comfy. I would definitely go back!

Excellent Location

First time to Seattle for a few of us and this was the perfect location for our trip. The unit is well maintained and had a gorgeous view of the water. Pike Market Place was easily accessible and if you’re in the mood for a walk, the Space Needle is not too far. Definitely saving this location for a future return.

nice centralized location on waterfront

We enjoyed our visit tremendously; the proximity to Pike Place market, waterfront piers, belltown, and downtown districts made all the difference as we purposely did not rent a car. The check-in process was straightforward due to great communication from the property manager. Thank you!

Very Nice & Clean Property!

My husband, myself and 2 teenage sons enjoyed this propery. It has great access to downtown, Pike's Place market, parks, stadiums, Space Needle, the pinball museum and more. The booking process was simple and communication with owner and property management was pleasant.

Beautiful Condo in Prime Location

Lovely condo, well equipped and comfortable. Gorgeous view and central location. Building is very secure. Even being on the waterfront, it was quiet. Highly recommend. Would stay again if we returned to Seattle.

Wonderful property

This is a great place to stay. The host is very helpful and communication was easy. The condo had spectacular views of the water and is located in the middle of downtown Seattle. Walking distance to restaurants, attractions and Pike's Market right behind the condo building. Definitely a place to come back to when visiting Seattle again!

Superb in Seattle!

Wow in the Northwest! After a slightly tricky time finding the office at the property we headed up to our Seattle retreat. We were so surprised at the AMAZING view from this property! It is stunning. The ships passing, the sunsets and a charming porch to enjoy it all! The property was very clean, well set up and has a fantastic location near all of waterfront activities as well as the new waterfront overlook! The owners were super prompt in answering any questions and we can’t recommend it enough. Enjoy your stay in Seattle!

Perfect location!

We stayed here for 5 days and loved every minute of it. Close to all that downtown Seattle has to offer. Their is a lot of construction in the area but it wasn't noisy at all ( and not visible from the condo) We loved sitting in the living room and watching the ferry's and beautiful sunsets. Preben was very responsive to our questions and comments. We look forward to staying there again! Book this place! You will love it!!!

The only complaint is the air conditioning is not great. The one fan is not good enough to help in the second bedroom. The condo is perfectly located with a great view of the water.

Great Location

We were travelling to Seattle for the first time and found this VRBO to be in a great location! It was easy to get to the waterfront, to the pier where our whale watching tour left from as well as to Pike Place Market. We did find there was an elevator to help get up to street level near the garage entrance so that helped on our trek to Pike Place. I appreciated Preben contacting me shortly after we booked as well as being flexible with our check in time. A great amount of instructions were provided that helped with our stay. The detachable shower head desperately needed cleaned as you could see the black mold on it and the towels could use an upgrade as they were pretty stained. There were also quite a few stains on the blankets and pillows which was disappointing. I think it's also important to note that the air conditioning is 2 individual units that are in 2 rooms (the living room and one bedroom). There's a third bedroom (with the queen bed) and it only has access to a tower fan, this wasn't a big issue for us but I would have liked to have known that ahead of booking. Aside from a few details, overall, we had a pretty nice stay!

Great location

Compliments: Centralized location. Easy maneuverability once you figure it out. Responsive owner. Good amount of space in the condo. Great hot water temperature and flow in the shower. Lots of towels provided. Loved the availability of a washer and dryer, along with detergent. Loved having a full kitchen with assorted dishes, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, as well as a full-size refrigerator. Suggestions for improvement: Better instructions about where to obtain the keys, such as park on X Street, where the blue-green art if located. We drove around three times and texted/called several times in order to figure out which entrance to use. It was a frustrating start to our first day of vacation. Condo needs better cleaning: We found a layer of dust about an inch high under the living room couch, which told us that no one had vacuumed there a long, long time, and that the carpets have therefore also not been cleaned for a long, long time. There were other signs of inadequate cleaning, but this was the most outstanding. Both beds had a divot in the middle of the mattresses, likely needing to be replaced. I loved that there was a bathrobe in one of the closets, but it was unclear that it had been washed. There were indeed two parking spaces, but they are tandem spaces, and very, very narrow. Renters should be aware that they should have a smaller car.

My adult son and I had a fantastic experience. We were in town for a UW football game, first time in Seattle for both of us. The location couldn’t be beat. We were able to use light rail from the airport and to/from campus. Super convenient. And a five minute walk to Pike Place Market was perfect. The condo itself was clean, well-stocked and afforded a great view of the waterfront. I’d definitely stay here again!

We are Seattle natives but now spend half of the year in Tucson, AZ (VRBO 217106) and our condo in Hawaii (verb 190187), both of which are also available to rent through VRBO. Working in sports television has its perks, but after many days on the road our favorite things to do are spend relaxing days in the beautiful places we call home. While in Seattle we love to walk to dinner at some of the fabulous Pike Place Market restaurants, take walks along the waterfront to the Olympic Sculpture Park, go skiing in the winter and cruise around on the sound in the summer. It is one of our favorite places on Earth and we hope you are able to enjoy it as well!
