About this property

***Waterfront Condo! A Rare Find! Secure Parking Included!***

Over 1000 square feet of relaxing, well-equipped perfection nestled at the base of the Pike Place Market, across the street from the Seattle waterfront, the Aquarium, and Pier 62. Finished in a décor reminiscent of Seattle’s early days, with red-bricked wall, dark wood floors, and subway-tiled bathroom. Be greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine.

Start the day sipping a fresh cup of coffee on the terrace while gazing upon Seattle’s waterfront as it comes alive. Take the stairs (or the elevator) up to Pike Place Market, the nation’s oldest continuously operated public farmers’ market, to take in the fascinating commotion of open-air commerce. Sample fresh-baked bread, pastries or piroshky; sample locally produced cheeses; or peruse an unmatched selection of fresh seafood.

This property is family owned and run by my husband and I. Our mission is to redefine your vacation rental experience. Your satisfaction, as our guest, is our goal. Why pay more to stay at an ordinary hotel when you can relax in a central location while enjoying modern comforts and amenities in a slightly nostalgic Old Seattle setting. The local waterfront national chain hotel's rates start at $255/night and parking is on average $40/day additional cost.

AMENITIES

Kitchen: Modern, with Kitchen Aid stainless appliances, gas oven/stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, soapstone countertops, large island for entertaining and plenty of cookware and dishware to service 8 people. Full size front loading Washer & Dryer (Detergent & Fabric Softner Provided).

Bedroom: Features a Comfortable King Size Bed, Modern rustic furniture, French doors opening to living room area with Privacy Curtains. Extra pull out Queen size Murphy Cabinet Bed in the Living Room with a comfortable Tempurpedic Mattress.

Bathroom: Early metropolitan subway tile décor, Huge jetted tub with shower, soapstone-covered vanity and Large walk-in closet. The Sink and Toilet area are separate from the Shower/Tub by pocket doors. This makes it easier if you have more than one person getting ready at a time.

Entertainment: 55” flat panel Smart TV on swivel mount, Free Sling & Roku and high speed internet. (Log in with your own passcodes to watch Netflix, Hulu, HBO or others)

Outdoor Features: Comfortable Private Terrace, with Dining table & Chairs, viewing the Water, Seattle Aquarium, The Ferris Wheel and Pier 62!

As of 2016, we now have a Portable AC Vent located in the Living Room for our Portable Air Conditioner. One of the positive points to having the building exterior re-done! (Almost NO Buildings, Less than 5% in Seattle have Central Air Conditioning) So, we are one of the Lucky Ones!

Also be aware that this is an urban environment. In any Urban Core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.

Stunning suite
We stayed in Seattle for just a couple of days, so needed a place that would allow us to walk around downtown with ease in order to maximize our time. This suite was in a perfect location, and the place itself was truly beautiful. There was a fair bit of construction noise (and detours) at times, but the host was very accommodating and helpful with this, and offered to help us with any navigational issues. We will definitely stay here again when next in Seattle!

Spring Break in Seattle
My family and I had a great time during our stay. The condo is in a great location. The market and pier are within walking distance, providing great views of the waterfront. The beds were so comfy and the shower is amazing! The condo made for a great long weekend!

WONDERFUL STAY!
Great experience beginning with our initial communication. The condo was lovely and exactly as pictured. The location was great and centrally located. We did discover, though, that 3 nights is just not long enough to stay in Seattle! This was our first time in Seattle and there was so much to do and see. We would love to come back! Thank you Jeri!

Just bring your toothbrush! This property has everything you need. It is so well appointed that you just need to show up! It is set up as the owner's personal home vs. "a rental". This is in our top 5 of vacation rental properties and we've been renting from various rental companies for 20 years. The location cannot be beat. We rented a car for a day and a half and having a parking space was wonderful. After returning the car, we walked everywhere. Most major attractions are a 15 minute walk in either direction. Jeri, the owner, was extremely proactive by checking on us and very helpful with check in tips, and suggestions for restaurants and things to do. There is a reason this property has so many 5 star reviews - it's great!

We have had a personal love for the city of Seattle for over 27 years. We enjoy this waterfront condo not only because of the location and views, but also because of the serenity. This is our in-city retreat to hang out with our Family and Friends, see a Mariners game, watch the Seahawks play, Enjoy great Shopping, Eat wonderful food, Stroll around Pike Street Market or just kick back and Relax!

Why they chose this property

We chose this location to be closer to the water as well as to provide an in-city retreat for our family and friends... This is Our Home Away From Home!

What makes this property unique

We love to get up in the morning and walk to Pike Place Market and watch the market open for the day! We have been going there for decades and Never get tired of it. I am definitely a frequent customer to the Seattle Antique Market only 1 block away as well. Some of the touches I have added to this condo are from this same market. This location has also been a great starting point for our Seattle Seahawk games, Mariners games and our University of Washington games. The Seahawk stadium is 8 blocks away and the Link Light Rail Train now takes you to the University of Washington (about 20 minutes)
We also love to walk to the Ferry docks (6 blocks) and catch the ferry to Bainbridge Island to spend the day. Where else could you hop a ferry to an island, have a gourmet Northwest dinner and be back in Seattle the same evening? My favorite end to the day is to have a couple pints at Kell's Irish Pub up at the Pike Market's Post alley location. Where else can you imbibe with both locals and Seattle visitors, listen to live Irish music, eat a bowl of Irish stew and sing some lyrics? Nothing better to end the day with!
