We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean, the owner gave clear instructions (though parking was a little up in the air), and if you're curious about living in urban SEATTLE, stay here. The team was right outside our door and effrontery was within walking distance. Top Pot is right next door, and Uniquelo is less than 3 blocks away. ,

Really dirty.
Location was awesome. But the property was very dirty. There were no extra linens for the pullout couch. The linens were visibly dirty. The apartment was covered in dust. And the curtains looked like had never been cleaned.
Great location, amenities, and host (extremely communicative and overall pleasant to talk to). Close to monorail, light rail, and a bunch of bus routes! Location felt super safe and there is an excellent doughnut shop just a few feet from the apartment’s entrance - can’t be beat!
The only issue with this location is that the street it is on is loud all the time. I recommend ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Otherwise it’s great. It is located in walking distance to so many things and public transportation stops.
I have a soft spot for brick buildings, and this was a neat space in a cool building. The place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
There is some road noise - but that is part of being in a spot that has great access to Belltown and the surrounding area.
Great location. Sidewalk level apartment, so no outside light (without passersby view into your space), GREAT donuts and coffee shop steps away. Eacommunication with host.
Cute and convenient in downtown Seattle. Check in was very convenient and communication was answered quickly and thoroughly.
We took the link train from SeaTac to Westlake and walked to the apartment, which wasn't too bad. Big savings ($6 vs $60) Was able to walk to Pike Market and Space Needle. Very convenient to have Top Pot Coffee Shop right next door.
Would definitely stay again should we travel to Seattle again.
This property was a good location for us. We were abe to walkto everything we wanted to see.
Problem was oven did not work, which we didn't know about until after we purchased food to cook. We should have been notified before we arri ed.informed before we arrived
The location is so central to everything.
The host is so responsive and helpful.
I would recommend this location to anyone spending time in Seattle.

The location was perfect in the middle of everything you will need to see Seattle. There’s a parking garage next-door where you can park for the whole day and walk to the waterfront. We use the hop on and hop off bus to do the tour, that way we were able to go back to things we wanted to see. The apartment was great. We even use the sofa bed for our older granddaughter to sleep in. We could’ve done with a hot water kettle and a few more cups but other than that it had everything we needed we would recommend.
We stayed for 2 nights Aug 17-19, then again Aug 23-25. Our first stay it was very hot in Seattle and the apartment was quite warm & damp. There were 2 box fans we had running our entire stay as the apartment was humid and the floors felt wet. Note that this apartment is below ground and you do hear a lot of street noise - the fans helped to block that out. When people drive past the apartment at night the lights from the road illuminate the bedroom. The apartment was clean. The bathroom was questionable. The previous guest had pulled the soap dish off the bathtub wall, so there was a hole in the wall which was quite gross. The tub paint is peeling off and there was mold below the window in the bathroom. The host was awesome and attentive to any questions or concerns we had & made our check in and check out seamless. We arrived on a Saturday both times and parked on the street right infront of the building for a small fee until 8pm, then the parking is free until 8am Monday morning. It worked out well for our stays and dates. The location can’t be beat.
For the location of the condo and the amenities provided, you won’t find a better deal in Seattle. The condo was cute and comfortable, and although it was certainly clean, it wasn’t at a “hotel-level” cleanliness. The host was extremely helpful and outlined all necessary information in a concise manner and took the time to reply to my questions in a timely manner.
Cute little condo, great location, bed was super comfy.

When we arrive at 4:30 pm tired of walking the city and left the luggage at bounce because check in was at 3pm, the previous guest did't leave the property yet, they arrived around 6pm the cleaning crew was supposed to be there at 7pm but arrived at 7:20pm they only left sheets for the bed but not for the sofabed never came back to bring more sheets, it was so hot with only 1 fan that we had to sleep with the windows open, the kitchen had everything you need, no complains. The host gave us a night refund, but after this experience my husband does not want vrbo anymore he said he will choose a hotel next time we were planning to have a good time in the 3 days we were in seattle but had to deal with a lot of inconviniences, another thing the host was reachable but she was also in a trip and couldnt help to much

Great location
This location is fantastic, close to everything you want to see in Seattle. The building seems secure. It is an older building so expect noise and smells to come from adjoining units. It’s suited our need for a one night stay while traveling. The owner was easy to communicate with and kind.
This property was just as advertised and perfect for our group of 3 (2 parents & 1 teen). It was very walkable to all the main tourist attractions as well as public transportation. There is some noise (traffic & passersby on sidewalk) in the mornings but it is much quieter than we expected being in the middle of the city. We greatly enjoyed our stay in Seattle and would recommend this apartment!
Great Location. We stayed one night before our cruise. Easy $45 taxi ride from airport and less than $20 taxi to cruise ship. Walking distance to Pikes Market

Why they chose this property
We loved living in our little condo downtown, but outgrew it with our kids and moved out of the city for more space. Hope others can experience what Seattle has to offer. Its a beautiful city with so much to do in walking distance.
What makes this property unique
So much city life right outside your window. Enjoy all Seattle has to offer from the space needle to the water front all within steps of your bedroom.
