Our Lovely & Historic Seattle Duplex is in the heart of Eastlake hub with local stores and shopping. Only a short stroll to the absolutely beautiful Lake Union. DT Seattle is only a short 6 min drive Enjoy the views outside and catch the sunset, lake and mountain views.Get where you want with bus routes or car service apps, then unwind in our spacious apartment. There are many things to enjoy like views, museums, shops, historic locations & zoos! This is the Upper Unit in the building.

For outdoor enthusiasts, a bike park down the street, situated under I-5, beckons with breathtaking sights, and glorious trails, making it one of the area's premier destinations for cycling enthusiasts.

Venture down the road to discover the historical Howe Street Stairs, dating back to 1911. These stairs offer both exercise and a captivating historical journey, leading all the way from the unit to Capitol Hill.

Please note: This rental faces the freeway, so some traffic noise is inevitable. Additionally, due to the 1909 construction and the rental of the downstairs unit, you may hear other guests. However, the stunning view upon entering the neighborhood compensates for it. On sunny days, catch a glimpse of the Olympic Mountains from the back deck. Ideal for budget-conscious travelers planning to explore Seattle extensively.

Guest access:
You will use a code to access the front door to the main lobby. You will use the same code to access the door to the top unit. You will have shared lobby access and shared parking with the bottom unit guest. You will each get one parking spot.

Other things to note:
The main thermostat is in the shared area when you first walk in, but once you enter your unit you can then you can control each room by turning the knob on the radiant heaters. Just be aware that the main thermostat for the entry way is a shared entry way by the tenants below.
