Adorable place in a safe neighborhood, walking distance to coffee shops, boutique stores and local restaurants. It's cosy, clean and quiet. Highly recommend.
Zach was very helpful both with finding our way to the property as well as with local recommendations. And the location was great, so close to downtown Queen Anne with great shops and restaurants.
This is a great spot for a few nights. We enjoyed our evenings after exploring the city on this hot weekend by lounging in the beautiful outdoor garden area. The basement apartment was nice and cool at all times. An easy walk to great restaurants and the bus to everything Seattle is a block away. We took the #13 and #4 to Seattle Center, Pike Market, and Pioneer square for World Cup game (the bus was totally empty!). Zack was a great host!
This beautiful area is filled with quaint cafes, stores, and historical Queen Anne turn -of -the century homes. It is walkable and safe. The property is old but clean. My bed was comfortable and bedding was nice. Nice to have washer and dryer. Couldn't figure out tv, but that's just me. Maybe ask host if you want that. The host is very attentive. There are stairs to navigate, so consider that if you're luggage is heavy.
Well appointed and cozy. Beds are comfortable as other reviewers mentioned. Lots of thoughtful touches throughout. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Location is so close to shops and restaurants, essy access to public transit. Only drawback, walls and ceiling are thin. Take note if you are a light sleeper and prefer to go to bed midnight as upper unit is owner occupied. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay, the decor, and amenities.
Was not clean had cat hair in the room was not represented on. Their website is accurate had more steps. It was terrible.

Hi Linda, I inspected the unit after your stay and found no cat hair. The rental is a self-contained unit separate from my residence. I’m sorry the stairs were challenging — they are disclosed in the listing description.
Great location, comfortable beds. Difficult to get in and out of

Hi Tim, thanks for your feedback! There is a side entrance door I mention in check in instructions which is the easiest entry. Main door has 8 steps and that door skips those.
This place was a short walk from several restaurants and coffee shops. Communication was great with the host. Was a perfect place to stay for the two days we had in Seattle prior to our cruise!
Perfect location in blooming Queen Anne neighborhood! Easy stroll to eateries, shops, or flower gazing. The cute apartment is exactly as described, and host Zack is onsite and responsive.
