Our home is thoughtfully furnished with modern décor and designed for comfort. The living room features an HD television, and each bedroom has its own TV—every one equipped with Roku for easy streaming. The primary bedroom offers a brand-new king-size bed, the second bedroom has a brand-new queen-size bed, and the living room includes a memory-foam floor mattress (surprisingly comfortable!) to provide an additional sleeping option when needed.
The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooks of all levels, and a brand-new washer and dryer are located right in the condo for your convenience. Oversized floor-to-ceiling windows fill the space with natural light and offer a lovely garden view. The home also includes fast WiFi (1000 Mbps) and a powerful electric air-conditioning unit to keep you comfortable year-round.
One of the rare perks of downtown Seattle living: this unit includes a reserved parking space in our secure garage.
The building amenities are exceptional and include a beautifully landscaped garden courtyard with fountains, a gym, indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, spa, a large club room, and a stunning rooftop deck with barbecues. One secure garage parking space is included with your reservation (garage height limit: 7’3”).
Please note that the condominium building periodically conducts exterior maintenance such as window washing, cleaning, or painting. During these times, workers may be visible outside the windows using ropes or swing stages. For privacy, guests are welcome to draw the shades or curtains as needed.

The rooftop deck offers truly stunning panoramic views of Seattle—one of our guests’ favorite highlights and a perfect place to relax and take it all in.
Please note that this is a primarily residential, owner-occupied building located in the heart of downtown Seattle. As with any vibrant urban setting, street noise is to be expected, sometimes into the evening hours. If a very quiet or secluded environment is important to you, downtown Seattle may not be the ideal fit.
This is a residential building, and from time to time certain building or listing amenities may be temporarily unavailable due to routine maintenance. While these instances are rare, they can occur with limited advance notice. We’ll always do our best to keep guests informed whenever possible.
The property receives regular preventative pest control services. However, given the Pacific Northwest environment, you may occasionally encounter seasonal insects or wildlife such as bees, ants, spiders, mosquitoes, mice, or other bugs. If anything arises, please let us know and we’ll make every effort to address it quickly. We truly appreciate your understanding.
For everyone’s comfort and peace of mind, the living room is equipped with a noise decibel monitor (NoiseAware/Rest). It does not record or capture conversations—only overall noise levels.
