This recently renovated two bedroom, two full bathroom condo offers a stunning oceanfront view that must be experienced!

A recent CNBC article discussed the pitfalls of vacation rentals including locked units with no available key, problems with the AC, TVs that don't work, toilets that overflow. All this and no way to reach the owner who may be thousands of miles away. But ours is not your typical vacation rental. Lost your key? Locked out? Need directions? Don't worry - we have an experienced, management team located onsite every work day to check you in, answer questions and provide you with a worry free vacation experience. There is also a maintenance man who is available 24x7 should you have an after hours emergency. Our condo is cleaned by a professional service after each use. There is a reserved, covered parking space on the property right in front of the building and an elevator just a few steps away. We want your vacation to be hassle free.

The condo is fully equipped with all the vacation niceties you could possibly desire - a full kitchen including a dishwasher and microwave oven, stainless steel appliances, china and silverware service for 8, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, beach toys for the kids, and so much more. You can comfortably sleep 6 people with a king bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom and a queen pull out sofa sleeper in the living room.

Spend your days on the white sands of the beach or enjoy the private heated swimming pool. You can also visit Orlando (about an hour away) and enjoy some of the many attractions that Central Florida has to offer such as Universal Studios, Sea World and, of course, Disney World. The Kennedy Space Center is also just a short drive up the road. Then return at night to your vacation paradise and take a romantic stroll on the beach.

Our family has spent many wonderful vacations enjoying the Florida sun and we would love to share that with you.

The view from the condo was amazing and there was everything we needed. Plenty of space and perfect for my family with 2 kids. We loved the chairs and sand toys. The beach was also quiet. Highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful Experience

We had an extended stay on the property and found it just as advertised. The area is very low key and friendly, and the room was excellent. All the amenities you could ask for and a spectacular view. Watched the sunrise over the ocean every morning.

Perfect Ocean Getaway

Great condo at Indian Harbor Beach

We enjoyed our second stay at this condo. It is so comfortable and has everything we needed. The weather and ocean were great so we used the nice beach chairs and umbrella everyday. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Beautiful Condo

This was a five star property in a great location. The condo was nicely decorated and very clean. There were only a few other families on the beach so maintaining a proper social distance was not a problem. Would definitely recommend.

Family getaway

My husband and I grew up in the area and return each year to visit family. My daughters and their two children came for part of the week. It was very relaxing. They live in Houston and Atlanta so they enjoyed seeing each other. We hope to return next year.

Even better than we expected

Although the pictures of this rental looked great, it was actually even better than we expected! The unit was very clean, the kitchen was well-stocked, the owner was extremely responsive, and the view was absolutely amazing!!! The unit is only a stone's throw from the beach. Also, the Indian Harbour Beach area is the perfect combination of businesses and neighborhoods, which were great for walking. Much newer area than Cocoa Beach.

Better than the pictures!

This condo is beautiful, well maintained, and the perfect location! the inside of the condo has all the amenities you could want, we truly didn't feel there was anything missing. Listening to the waves every night was the perfect way to fall asleep, so close to the ocean. The pool area was clean water temperature was perfect and we must have picked the right time of year to go because it was not very crowded. A nice bonus was the barbecue area where we cooked our lunch most afternoons. This is our second time back here and we hope to be returning again to the same condo.

Mostly good

The unit was nice and roomy. The kitchen was well equipped and the furnishing were attractive. The sheets came off mattress every night and the toilet paper was one ply and we went to the store to replace ASAP. The stairways were not good, The stairways and especially the handrails were not clean. Since we use the rails, it was very noticable.

We always loved the beach and before buying our condo, we often rented condos at various locations looking for the perfect beach vacation. I can not remember all of the times I read online descriptions touting 'beach front' only to be terribly disappointed. Beach front often meant across the highway or behind a strip mall. That is why we purchased this condo. As one of our 5 star guests wrote in his review "We have never stayed in a room so close to the ocean!". You won't be disappointed.
