Hello friend! Welcome to La Vida Legacy; our dream come to fruition during the empty nest stage of life, and we look forward to sharing our condo with you and hope your traveling crew will make many wonderful memories here.
Why they chose this property
One of the most amazing things about the area of Beachside Villas is the absence of high rises. Beachside Villas is a condo community of 3 story buildings. Your view between the condos and the beach is mostly custom-built homes except for Sugar Dunes, a small 24-condo community located beachfront. The BV community provides 2 pools (one heated), pickleball/tennis courts, corn hole and shuffleboard, trolley service to the beach, multiple bike racks, and a golf cart charging area.
What makes this property unique
First, if you choose to book with us, this makes you our honored guest. Also, this isn’t just a STR (Short Term Rental), this is our dream. We want a place where we can pack a bag, grab a few groceries, and have a great experience at the beach, and we want this for you too. Going to the beach and packing all the things can make the trip a hassle for families and also make your trip a hectic start. We have 6 backpack beach chairs, an umbrella, a small Shibumi, a Bogg bag, a backpack cooler, and beach towels available for you. When you arrive, you will have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in both bathrooms. Don't worry ladies, the master bath has Redken Extreme with Dove body wash. No need to pack yours unless you like a specific brand. In the kitchen, you will find dishwasher pods, trash bags, Dawn, paper towels, paper plates, and plastic cups. Use what you need. If you are here for 3-5 days, you’ll probably have enough supplies. If you are here for a week or two, you might need to replenish. 🙂 Also in the kitchen, you will find coffee, lots of coffee, and the supplies you need to make multiple pots. I doubt you run out of coffee while you are here, no matter how long you stay, because in Jonathan’s world, a good coffee supply is essential. The PUR water pitcher should be full, sitting in the fridge, cold, waiting for you to refill your water bottles to take to the beach. In the laundry room, you will find detergent (ALL free) and softener. Use it. If you have sensitive skin or prefer a special brand, you might want to bring your own.
We’ve decided to not lock up the cleaning supplies. Use your common sense on this. It’s not for you to take home with you, but for you to use while you are there. Kitchens get messy, floors get sticky, and beach sand is always brought in. If it bothers you, use what we have to make it not bother you. If it doesn’t bother you, a sweet gal will come in behind you & make it perfect for the next guest.
